We loved our stay at this hotel located perfectly 20 mins for both Venice and Chioggia which is nostalgic fisherman village by direct bus. The room was very clean and it had country side views. We will not forget about his home made genius wine, tasty prosciutto, cheese, home baked bread and nice conversation. Thank you for everything! I will...

This was an excellent hotel, located 20 minutes from Venice in one direction, and 30 minutes from the beach in the other direction, with easy access to both on the bus. It was a peaceful, quiet location for us, but close to area attractions. The hotel staff was exceptional, kind, and helpful. The manager spoke English well. The large breakfast,...

Not far away from Venice, the hotel was absolutely a great experience. Very polite and customer-oriented staff, perfect rooms, very good breakfast, good wi-fi, big parking area. An owner was very kind to print out some other reservation tickets we bought online. In short, it was amazing!

Room was clean and ingood condition. The staff speaks English (not standard in Italy), good breakfast, affordable and totally worth the money. The only negative point: Thin walls. We could hear the neighbors having some fun. Luckily for us it was only a 3-minute-show (my condolences to the lady).

In that account, the location of the hotel is good (busstops in the near vicinity), and rates are fair. instructions on how to use the busses, where to get off and on, and the complimentary and very useful map were good.
