The room we had was very clean, smells good, aesthetic, functional and comfortable. There was fast wifi and large flat screen with netflix. The pool was very refreshing. The food we had for our romantic dinner date was beyond our expectation. I don’t know why others had bad review but I think in order to enjoy this place, you should really avail its luxury ammenities. However, breakfast buffet menu was limited and the meals were pricey. But if money is not an issue, this is a great place to relax.

Room Tip: The road to Misibis is okay. No bumpy rough roads. Dont forget to drop by Stella Maris Church.

We travelled for 12hours by land just to be welcomed by an untrained staff. Expectations are high cause we all know its a luxury resort. The kiddie pool is dirty and not safe to play for kids there are broken plastics that are part of the slide. Maintenance staff should clean up the pool always there are lots of debris of leaves and the pool on our side is not clear. However the resto staff are friendly but they should've informed us that the servings are big to lessen our leftovers. Overall the value for money is not met. The place is just hype. Please improve your staffs and the sorroundings to be always cleaned.

Stuck up hotel as they deny to give us rooms because we didn’t have reservation, and told us they’re fully booked. I checked their website, and “fully booked” was not true. We ended up checking in at downtown Legazpi which was a much much better decision. A blessing in disguise. You lost a business by being so stuck up Misibis.

We booked and paid for 2 premier pool view rooms and 2 beachfront villas as early as June. We have to refund one of the villas as early as October. We were only able to get refunded in January after several requests. During our stay in December, we asked again for the facilitation of our refund but were only met with indifference and hostility. We were passed on to their Manila office instead. While there, we tried to make the most of our 4-day stay. It was New Year's week, and we expected the resort to have some festive activities. Their food selection was sparse (attributing it to their supply problem), and the atmosphere was dull and boring. The villa we stayed in needed updating, and it was obvious that it was not used and maintained (probably due to the covid lockdown). But nevertheless, the management should have compensated for those deficiencies with at least a friendly service (especially from the reception!) Note, that we were asked to make full payment UPON our reservation made in June for our December stay, which we find too rigid. From the terrible refund experience to our boring stay in that resort, this resort does not only need upgrading of their facilities and amenities but they should undertake the training of their office and resort personnel in the area of customer service!

Booked for 5 nights 6days booking made through booking.com. It all started at the reservation. They are not responsive. Replying emails after 2 days, not answering the calls. Package not explained well. We made an excess of 15k for incidentals during our stay however no explanation that it was consumable. Upon check out I had an remaining balance of 2,540 from the 15k deposit, upon check out reception told me that its not refundable. They should have explain it to me from the beginning. It was like a BIG SCAM when i got to know upon check out that i cannot refund the remaining balance. Lack of communication between Room reservation and Reception they are using a poor system which should not be in 5* standard. Package not explained well upon check in. After check in reception keeps on calling me to show the confirmation from reservation, how annoying. Requested for 1 hour late check out due to our baby is sleeping between 11am - 1pm. Request not granted by the Duty Manager the Slim guy seems like his lack of compassion. I ordered Tinutugan MANOK (NATIVE CHICKEN indicated in the Menu) in the restaurant, they serve poultry chicken. I was not informed that the Native Chicken is not available upon taking my order. No sorry or apology from the waiter. Staff are not using guest name not even once from 6 days in the property, just Sir and Ma'am. Imagine for 5* hotel? Staff in Spice Market are great CONNEL and HAROLD(intern) very attentive. Thank you to the House keeping our room always clean. There are lot of things to improve for this Hotel and Resort. Lastly they should at least give an INVOICE upon check out.

The resort is 1.5 hrs from airport and is worth it because it is very exclusive this way. Very close to the beach…steps away. However the protected beach for all non motorized water activities takes away the vibe of the big waves and surf. Units are a bit aging now but the attentive staff and good food in their restaurant (Spicy Market) makes up for it. The Pre arranged day tour to Mayon Volcano is a must do. The extra fee for the ATV adventure was all worth it. Will definitely come back especially for the great views around and just outside the resort.

From arrival at the gate you already felt the type of service you would expect from a 5 star resort. From the welcome ti check in to room service. The staff was exceptional and courteous. Clearly their mentality is to go above ans beyond and they did Restaurant waa no exception not only tge food was excellant so was their service. KUYA A exemplified premier service and made us felt like VIP As for the room, we stayed in a seaview deluxe suite. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable and the overall ambiance made our stay vwry comfortable Amenities - the pools were clean they offered life vests for the kids. Kayaking and paddle boarding was included and we took advantage . Overall the whole resort is well kept. Highly recommended for stay while in the bicol region

Stayed here for a 9-hour day trip with family. Has a gym, several pools, a beach, its own restaurant, plus a place for snorkeling. It could use some upgrades though - maybe several foosball tables at the game room, more board games plus a working Netflix account? The giant chess pieces on the lawn was quite inspired, all you need is a chessboard. Also a basketball court :) Even bocce or duckpins. Overall, a satisfying experience plus the staff are super helpful. Addendum: Food is a little expensive for us - a large group. Good thing we ate before going here. If you don't mind eating at a roadside carinderia, there's at least 2 places several kilometers before arriving at Misibis - this is before you reach the red bridge (sorry, forgot the area). They had superfresh dilis cooked on the spot, perfect for breakfast.

We visited Misibis Bay and we are just so happy with the service that the management/staff showed to us. This is now one of my favorite places is Bicol to just chill with friends/family because of its amazing ambiance.

Beach, swimming pools, a fitness center, a restaurant, a spa, lovely villas, etc. What other amenities do you want for a complete break and relaxation? Misibis Bay Resort has all of these and much more! The staff members were also very friendly and accommodating. Service was okay, but I expected a bit more. For one thing, there were no phones in the rooms, making communication with the front desk and other service offices quite complicated. I was informed that the phone lines were ruined by the last typhoon. I hope they would restore them soon. The breakfast buffet also has very limited selection. Reaching the place is also challenging since it's far from Legazpi city and the airport and the road was all zig-zag! At any rate, I still find the place very relaxing. Thumbs up!
