What a B&B! It is a family-run place and not very big. It is a little hard to find, but worth every penny! The owner is extremely friendly and you feel like at home! The breakfast is held place in the owner's living room and it is simply fantastic. If you happen to be around Vanadzor,go there!!

We slept and ate well here after long days exploring Debed Canyon. The family is very intelligent and hospitable and you can't beat the quality (and originality) of the food. We were very comfortable staying here and appreciate that they washed our clothes as we were in the middle of a long trip. Everything was exceptionally clean. The garden was... More

I was there in winter 2015. There was snow and it was possible to ski. The B&B is very romantic with very good kitchen. The owners can bring you to very good places. The B&B is near the centre but very quit.

The guest house is very comfortable - it's warm, clean, the toilets, shower and beds are all good, the WiFi works well. I love eating, so let me mention that the food here is absolutely delicious. And by the way, I'm vegetarian and far not every place is vegetarian-friendly in Armenia :) The house has a beautiful garden, if you... More

Absolutely wonderful B&B and people! Just lovely from the word go; Marine and Ashot could not do enough to help us and ensure our short stay was lovely. If you are coming to Varnadzor, book in here-and be sure to try all the wonderful homemade meals:-) Our arrival was celebrated by home made pastry, honey and 20-y old Armenian Brandy.... More

I came hitchin' from Ijevan to Vanadzor and found this a bit hidden spot in a backstreet close to the new church. I got a really really nice and super clean single room with a bathroom, even though I was expecting something way less fashionable for that good price. The B&B's atmosphere is relaxing within a nice garden and a... More

Marine was a wonderful host and welcomed us with armenien coffee and juice. The rooms are wonderfull including private bathroom (we had rooms in the separate building, above the garage) - the best we had in Armenia. Everything was clean and tidy. Bathroom had really hot water, shampoo and towels. We could hang out on the porch and watch the... More

“B&B MAGHAY offers rooms in a separate building which have private bathrooms and a nice porch, but also rooms in the house with shared bathroom. The B&B is a bit tricky to find: follow the sign from the main street and then head left into a small alley that ends at a brown metall entrace. This is it. Just around a bakery (when you smell the fresh bread, you're there :-)”
