The hotel is miles from anywhere set in beautiful grounds. Far too quiet we were the only guests, one woman to be on reception, bar, waiting and cooking. She said the cook had been taken ill so I don't know if food is usually better but very very basic dinner and breakfast.

We stayed wonderfully. Very pleasant stop on on way versus South. I recommend it to anybody who want a nice relaxing stop, with enchaning surroundings and pleasant staff. Recently change of owner, we found the place via internet search. Also recommended for families.

We have stayed many times on our way to and from Andalucía and it is an outstanding location if you are expecting excellent customer service, peace and tranquillity, and consistently good food. The hotel is a little off the beaten track but it is well worth the trip as we always enjoy a most relaxing and comfortable stay in beautiful...

La Moragona - Encanto Hotel is situated on an estate of 1.400 HA, about 4KM away from the road N-310. To reach this place, take the exit San Clemente-Sisante on the Motorway A-43 coming from both directions Valencia or Manzanares. Onto the N-310 at the exit from Valencia turn left and Manzanares turn right. After about 9KM at KM 168...

To get to this hotel, you have to travel down a track which has warnings about the bad state of the road. The first bit of the road is the worst, it does get better. A few more road signs would be very reassuring. The three Scottie dogs gave us a warm welcome - fortunately we like dogs. Our room...

A warm welcome, fantastic food, nothing too much trouble for the wonderful owners. This is a really special place to stay in a spectacular location in Don Quijote's La Mancha region of Spain. Not so much a hotel as a home stay with a great restaurant, our room - No 5 - was very spacious with a sofa and a...

We have just arrived home (in Spain) after spending 4 days at La Moragona where we had a lovely stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the delightful hosts, Viktor, Jesus and Genoveva. The place was gleaming clean, including all the passageways and the public areas, as well as the rooms - and this is not always the case in...

Fabulous find, warm and welcoming including to our dog. Genevieve was fantastic as was everything about our stay. Large comfortable rooms, living area, jacuzzi bath, traditinally furnished. Hard to find but worth searching for. Lovely dinner (generous portions), and continental breakfast.

On entering reception we were horrified to see three dogs occupying three of the easy chairs in the adjacent bar area. The "doggy" smell permeated down the corridor through which we were escorted to the junior suite. This room, with sitting area, flat screen TV and en-suite facilities, while clean with decent bedding, can only be described as drab, Better...

My husband had his doubts about this choice, but Alarcon's Parador was far too pricy for me to feel it was our best option 'traveling through'. The 'approach' most definitely needs for you to be on your toes whilst following Mapquest kilometer directions (owner says they can NOT put a sign up until you are 'on' their property but you...
