My name is Maria Zabunova and in August 2023 I was a guest in this wonderful hotel for the fifth time. Every time we are satisfied, and this year even more so with the kind attitude towards the guests, the cleanliness (every day the rooms are cleaned) and the very tasty food. The pool is clean. There is also live music that does not disturb the guests of the hotel. The beach is very close. An ideal place for a family vacation

Excellent Hotel with modern design and professional service. It is located 5 min walking distance from the beach, in very quiet and peaceful area.Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent with delicious meals (served as Buffet), the hotel is very clean and the hygiene is at very high level. Junior suite is highly recommended for family and couples.

Rooms, small but adequate. The cleaning service was terrible, the first days they only mopped and changed the baskets and rugs, the bathroom was dirty, the tables were dirty, they didn't replenish the soap. We didn't have hot water in our room for two days. We were told to stand in the shower and wait for it to work. Appalling behavior at the reception. Not interested.. Today they didn't clean the room at all, they don't have people. So we have smelly bins and sand everywhere. At the reception? Again no interest. Today the water also stopped working completely, we wanted to take a shower, without success. The lady at the reception did not believe that the water was not running and was not interested in solving it. She rolled her eyes at us. We complained to the representative, she called the lady at the reception and told her that the water was not going anywhere. She lied. The other floors had water. This is appalling behavior, don't come here! Never again. Waste of money.

We went with my wife for a single night stay. We booked a room with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good but very low variety. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. After dinner, around 8, the room AC was working with low power. Room temp was 27oC according to thermostat. It was just bearable. We went to sleep around 12:30 but woke up an hour later because of the heat in the room. I lowered the temp but read a sign that AC should be controlled only by hotel staff only. I called the receptionist, which came, changed the thermostat and left. The airflow was faster after that but it was not cool air. Like a fan during heat. The temp was 28oC. We thought it was fixed and tried to sleep again. We woke at 4 o clock and we were sweating. The temp was 28.5. The receptionist came with another man and they agreed that the AC had a problem. The 2nd man suggested to open the windows because it was "chill" outside. We said this is unacceptable and demanded another room with working AC. Receptionist agreed immediately and we changed rooms. New room was at 29oC at the time but the AC air was cool. We waited for an hour the room to cool and slept from 5 to 9. We have no complains for the hotel staff. They were polite and helpful. The room was clean and big. If the AC was working we would give 3/5 or 4/5 because of the variety of the buffet and the hard mattresses. We only booked for a night and it was ruined. We went back home tired.

The rooms are nice but they dont have jacuzzi as they say in the offer. Good air conditioning and new towels almost daily. They have a 3 way shower. The hotel does not have its own parking. The pool is very small. The hotel garden does not have a fence or walll, you can enter directly from the street. Food is decent, breakfast is very standard. Dinners ok but there is nothing to drink included in the price. Just tap water.
And is quite far from thw rest of the resort. We paid 600 euros for 7 nights HB. Not worth more than 480

The hotel is located on the main road, around 500-600m away from the beach.

The breakfast is good, while the dinner is average to poor. The only welcoming, helpful and smiling waitress in the restaurant is Maria. The rest better learn from her.

Rooms on the third floor are really small, not for a 4-star hotel, not recommended for families. Hygiene in the bathroom needs to be improved. Toiletries (soap, shampoo...) are poor. Towels and sheets are changed regularly. Rooms are not soundproof, you can here your neighbours.

There is no manager on duty. If you need to talk to the manager ,you need to chase her for hours, days... Talk with the manager is not of great help. We were accomodated in a room, which was not appropriate for families (pictures attached). Since I rejected the babycot for my son as he is not a baby, the manager offered a sofa in the room to be used as a bed. However,at that way, the balcony door in the room was blockled & balcony could not be used. We were at the seaside but could not get in and out at the terrace !?!?! Rooms are rediculously small!!!!

The pool at SPA area closes at 6 pm.
WiFi is good.

It is overpriced hotel that does not correspond to the 4*.

This is a modern hotel, located at around 400 meters from the beach (not 50 as stated in another review. Really). We were in a double standard room and it was new, clean and modern. We liked it. Its only drawbacks were the balcony, that is separated but not private; the lack of a second door so there was much noise coming from the corridor; and the fact that the room was stated to be a "garden view one". Believe me, the garden in fact is a muddy street and another hotel across it. I was offered by the travel agent to pay additionally for a sea view room. Actually sea view rooms have a better view but still the sea is too far away, after a road, some 400 meters of of a green field and the beach. So it's better but don't get the impression that if you get such type of room you will be watching the waves or that you'll be experiencing some "at the sea" feeling.
I have nothing bad to say about the food. All the meals were offered as a self service buffet with variety of tasty food. If you are lucky you can even find a table at the balcony. Unexpectedly the hotel even provided an extra meal on Easter, just after midnight. So it was perfect.
Our only disappointment was the spa area. OK, it is again modern and nice but it is way too small for all the guests the hotel can accept. The inside pool is actually just a bigger jacuzzi so forget about swimming. The outside pool is a bit bigger but it's located just next to the main entrance of the hotel and 2 meters from the street, without a fence. The temperatures in April were not high enough to use it but even if they were higher I personally would not feel so relaxed and comfortable to stay there.
The sauna is max 4 people (sitting). The steam bath is good but it didn't work on the Easter day.
I was pleasantly surprised by the fitness area. All the equipment inside was new and working.
The staff of the hotel is polite and friendly.
There is good free WiFi in the lobby and in the room.

In general value for money was very good and I would stay in this hotel again unless I want a real spa.

I just want to share a few things. I came here with my children only to drink and eat something before the beach. At first, I expect waiter to know English, because hotel looks very good, with swimming pool, playground, etc, in one word, luxury. The girl who works there didn`t know English, she had to call other waiters. I didn`t plan to spend more money, I saw in menu Ice-cream/milkshake 1.5e, and I ordered 2 (1.5+1.5=3e), but no, it`s 8e...! I called a waiter to ask what`s happened, he brought me from hotel another menu, where was written by pencil 1.5/4 e (in the menu on the table for guests, every word and price is printed, not written by hand, I want to say that on menu for guests there was no price 4e, only 1.5, and after I got the bill, they gave me menu where is written by hand that price 4 e). I know it`s little money, but it`s not professional, it`s very bad impression. Although there wasn`t price they wanted me to pay on menu I had, they asked to pay so much, and I did, but, I want to share this

Answer from Chad

Hi Ali, The closest bar is the Cocus Bar about 400 meters towards the water and the Almira Bar a little further north. For restaurants you have to make the short walk into Paralia for a wide variety or stay at the a Cosmopolitan for one of their meals. They have a buffet which is good but their made to order dishes are even better. I hope this helps.
