We had purchased the National Parks Pass for $80 so the entrance fee of $30 was "pre-paid". We headed straight to the Visitors Center and boarded the shuttle to the North end of the park. The shuttle service in Zion is excellent (besides their need for A/C- TIP: Wear shorts long enough so that your legs don't sweat all over... More

We stayed in 6 different national park campgrounds - from Arches to Mesa Verde to Zion - and I must say that in many ways Watchman was one of my favorites. So why 4 stars - as usual, it's the little things that just come so close and yet... well. Judge for yourself. Watchman is located right at the Zion... More

Grabbed a one night spot here as a staging point to get into south campground in the AM. Reserve early here to get all of your days. Very nice, different crowd than south campground, quieter, more family with kids. Very clean, well maintained

The views are amazing, unlike any you've ever seen. We stayed in F05- which is the walk up sites, even though we booked a long time in advance. The sites are big enough with the parking right by you, no issues there. It's on rocks. No shade, so we moved under the canopy, as it was 105 degrees in mid... More

We can't say enough about this campground. We loved how close it was to the visitor center and the shuttles, and it was great having electrical so we could run the air conditioning in our motorhome. Bathrooms were very clean and there is a nice large sink for doing dishes right outside them. We attended interesting ranger programs at night... More

We visited during the busy summer month of July as part of a cross-country trip and ended up here on the weekend. I am SO glad we booked a campsite inside the park! For starters, parking can be very difficult with an RV and often the lots inside Zion fill up, so having a reserved campsite also reserved us a... More

It was very hard to find spots, but we were very lucky! We stayed on B60 for 3 nights, there was no shade so that was very tough with 100 degree weather and the ants. We loved the restrooms and dishwashing station and the water pump that we can get water as the pressure was strong, it was the BEST!... More

I've been to Zion Watchman Campground numerous time and it's always a good experience for me. I have pros & cons with Zion. Upon arriving, I realized that they upgraded the group camp site! I was super excited that they added a pergola where the picnic tables we're at! The campfire ring was also updated and big! They added more... More

We tent camped in the D21. The site was on the edge of the campground so it was more private than most. I researched reviews and booked six months in advance to get the campsite. The campground was full every night. There were no showers but clean bathrooms and dishwashing sink were a short walk from the campsite. We were... More

We spent four nights. It was a good way to visit Zion. We made our reservations months in advance. Nice restrooms but no showers on the park or water at campsites. Outfitters at Springdale just across footbridge to park offers excellent showers for 4 bucks. Sites are shaded and spaced well enough that you have some privacy. Traffic was awful... More
