We stayed here in July for two nights in one of the overlook cabins when we visited Zion National Park. It was very nice but a little hard to find initially as the cell service there is very spotty and our navigational device on phone could not locate it precisely. Also once you turned onto twin Knolls Road you had... More

Sorry to say their website looks a lot better than the actual experience. Be prepared for high-priced activities and a bland breakfast bar that is also over-priced. Showers were pretty awful. Only plus were the views, the proximity to Zion, and the friendly staff.

I'm an outdoor guide in the Southwest and this place is by far the most fun to take my guest with kids to! We always have a blast as the staff there is knowledgeable and fun to be around. They have a mini golf course, ATVs, two beautiful swimming pools with slides, hot tubs, climbing wall, canyoning and a phenomenal... More

Great, we were going to Zion and wanted to stay on the east side. Ranger recommended it. And we are glad they did. Plenty of activities. Dining right on site. Nice private showers. There were these cute covered wagons if you wanted to rent besides the cabins. Horses on site. Water activities, but too cool for us, we had a... More

The first thing we did when we got there was the wagon ride to the cowboy dutch oven dinner. The food straight of the dutch oven was amazing and he a great time learning how to lasso and other fun games. I came back and got the carmel apple fried ice cream and the best I have ever tasted. The... More

While the images on the site portray beautiful well maintained property those areas were limited to the pool and main building. The rest of the property appears to be in a constant state of "fix up". Many of the showers were out of order and the ones that were not had peeled or chipped shower tiles, very dusty, overgrown brush and... More

The food was awesome. I am gluten free and they had delicious choices. There is a ton of things to do swimming, mini golf. The only reason gave it a 4 was because the cabin we rented air only cooled half. The bedroom was awesome but it was a bit warm in the family area with pullout sofa....until it cooled... More

This place gets muddy in the rain, but they do a good job cleaning the showers and bathrooms so mud is not tracked everywhere. I appreciated that the showers are free and available 24 hours a day (we kept missing the shower times at a national park just prior too staying here). I was there when the temp was pretty... More

We stayed in the campground for 3 nights and were disappointed that the campground/RV lacked shade and privacy. The landscaping around the resort buildings looks nice but not in the camping/cabin/sleeping wagon area. Overgrown dead grass & weeds were everywhere. No colorful plants or attractive shrubbery to speak of. The roads to the guest areas are not paved and very... More

The hotel amenities are very nice, but the girl in the check in office (Chris) was extremely rude and didn't want to help us, she never made us feel welcome, she actually made us feel the opposite. The resort is nice but Chris's attitude makes the hotel loose clients.

Often we receive great compliments on the way our staff treat our guests. We apologize that our customer service was not better, and we will address this matter. More
