We had an amazing stay in the cabin suites! There are hikes located close to the ranch if you don't want to drive back to Zion. (Observation point was amazing). The breakfast that was included was a great way to start our day. Friendly staff and cute, clean cabins! Great spot for families!

We stayed in the glamp tent. We had just come from Under Canvas Moab and I so I was expecting to be let down in comparison -- I was SO wrong! Here are some of the reasons we loved it. - HUGE tent -Comes with a firepit outside WITH firewood already there -close access to restrooms/showers (showers are hot) -2 heaters inside (that work well) -Texting service (that helped us make dinner reservations and answered our questions quickly). -Love the summer camp feel! We will be back! -Super friendly staff - Thank you Charles!!!! (@ Rays) We only stayed one night and were blown away, can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful resort! While searching for vacation rentals, I can across their Winter Special, and I’m so glad I did! We stayed in Lot #1, Casa De Canyon, a beautiful 3-bedroom home. It was a great location, very private, and we even had 3 deer in the yard. We had called the office requesting coffee, since there wasn’t any to be found in the kitchen, and they promptly brought some out to us. We ate dinner at Ray’s our first night there. The staff, service and food were all really good. The only activity that we did onsite was the Sunset Jeep Tour. Lindsay did a great job driving and narrating during the drive, and the sunset was gorgeous!! Both drivers were super nice, offered us blankets, which we needed since it was still pretty cold in the evening, and we hadn’t really been as prepared as we should have been. We loved staying everything about our stay there! We couldn’t have found any better.

I took my kids for a trip to see Zion and we were so glad we stayed here AND visited during the Winter. There were no crowds and we booked multiple activities on site through East Zion Adventures that were wonderful. This ranch has multiple on site activities and friendly staff and a restaurant. We stayed in a Cabin Suite which had plenty of room and was a nice, private, safe way to stay - distant from other cabins. Not sure how it would be in the Summer when it gets busy but we HIGHLY recommend this place to stay during non-peak times and DEFINITELY check out the activities from East Zion Adventures. One thing to note is that any other town is at least 20 minutes away so if you need supplies / groceries / food (not from their restaurant), you should plan that in advance.

Fantastic, cozy cabin that was perfect for 5 people, great activities (my kids did skeet shooting and zipline), so close to Zion's entrance. Staff could have been a little more helpful in planning Zion and Bryce itineraries (not through their adventure company, just going on our own) and in suggesting appropriate bike riding in the area. Restaurant allowed us to take out food given Covid concerns but I suggest that should be standard for breakfast and not require a special request.
