If you like rustic, totally basic and quiet, this is a fun place to stay. Don't expect wifi, tv, hairdryer, ice.....be sure to bring a book and walking shoes and I'd suggest a cooler of adult beverages and plenty of snacks. Beds were ok, heater was warm, bathtub nice.

My wife and I have been bringing our children to Grants Grove Village and the cabins for 37 years. They have grown up with this experience and now take their own children there OR we all re-unite there once a year. The cabins are rustic and simple but set in a beautiful location with a meadow view and pines all...

Our cabin was spotless and cozy. The heater worked, and we needed it. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were a short walk from our door and very clean. If/when we return, we'll definitely stay at the Grant Grove Cabins again! They were wonderful!

These cabins were the most comfortable that I have ever stayed in. The weather inside was perfect, slept like a baby amongst the trees. The bathrooms and showers were clean. It was silent at night and you could see so many stars. This is the perfect getaway to be in nature.

Room was nice and warm, rustic. Exactly what you'd expect from a cabin. Communal showers. Water could have been a little warmer. It also would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room. The room looked clean and did not have a smell. They had towels and soap available and provided us with tokens for one shower...

Absolutely loved visiting Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Our Grant Grove cabin was better than expected. Cozy warm and comfy beds. We enjoyed having a fire in the outdoor wood burning stove.

One of the best places to stay if you are in KCNP. the front desk staff are really considerate, we had an emergency and Ms Susan of the front desk helped coordinate with 911, Park Rangers to get help. Really appreciate their timely help.

Check-in and check-out were easy. The cabin was very clean and tidy, as were the public restroom facilities. It's great, you get to stay in a national park, but indoors! The only disappointing thing was the restaurant -- the staff were very slow and seemed unmotivated to do a good job.

The location of grand grove cabins are excellent! Especially during winter when the snow are covering the road. It's very easy to get to and within walking distance to visit General Grant Tree! Heated cabin warms your heart at cold night! My family would love to go back again and again!!

Beautifuk surroudings. Great esperience. must see area. Cabins are good, but not luxury accomodations. They are old and rundown, dated. but clean and comfortable. Food in cafe was inexpensive and OK. Looked and tasted like prepared food heated up to serve, but they are building a new resturant and hopefully it will be better.
