I confirm all that I wrote just before ("Nice room... but that's all"), but as promised in this note, I confirm that the hotel answered me about the payement and that's OK. I don't balance anymore their honesty.

Fun outdoor living with the comfort of a super comfortable bed and hard shelter. Up grated facilities. Great outdoor cooking. Lots of wildlife around. Restaurant, Market and post office near by. Close to horseback riding stables, kayaking/canoeing on Hume lake, great hikes, meadows, picture taking and breathtaking views.

Very nice cabins, in a quiet and charming place in the forest But: - not enough restrooms and showers for the number of cabins - showers are not included in the fare - staff really not welcoming, not ready to help you, to repeat if you don't understand well or want advice... Most of all, we were taken the fare... More

The Grant Grove cabins are located in a very convenient spot in the national park. We had a very nice experience in one the simplest cabins despite the lack of bathroom and electricity. The feeling was like being in a camping tent, in close contact with the environment and the nature, but with a comfortable bed.

Grant Grove Cabins are a must do retreat for anyone that wants to really enjoy the mountain experience if you aren't planning on actually camping in tents. It is an amazing experience! The oversized cabins a VERY spacious and comfortable.

The cabin accommodations were clean & comfortable, with great beds. Easy to access local sites. Overall great experience -- but note the food building is under construction (summer 2016), so food options are very limited, available through temporary (but clean) food trucks on-site.

We snagged last minute reservations (within 10 days prior to arrival) by checking the website availability calendar daily, for a week. I have never been camping, and my fiancé is a clean freak who hates bugs, so I was nervous when the only lodging available was the cabins - because the rooms being so "rustic" and the shared shower/bathrooms. However,... More

The cabin was pretty rustic and they really need some sort of table in there to give you a place to set things down like plates and glasses. The bathrooms were mostly always clean but sometimes missing toilet paper or hot water. The biggest issue across both Kings Canyon and Sequoia is that there are minimal choices for food. All... Lodging options in and around Kings Canyon are rather limited as camping seems the norm. In the main (little) area of Grant Grove there is a small lodge, a set of small cabins, and camping spaces. We opted for the cabins to get a little space for our family of four. Arriving, it was clear to my wife that this... More
