Huge rooms, comfortable beds and great amenities. The perfect way to travel with all our children & grandchildren. The dining room staff was very attentive for our family evening meals. It was an unexpected pleasure to find plenty of carts in the parking area to assist in getting luggage to the room, which was different than most National Park Lodges... More

You stay here because there's no other lodging to choose. We arrived well after dark and, not knowing the property, we dragged our bags into the main building. We found out quickly that hotel guests stay in outbuildings to which we were given a map. That would have been great except that there's not one flipping light in the parking... More

We apologize that you had so much difficulty navigating the property with all your luggage. I see you stayed with us back in may, and wanted to communicate that since there is a bellman dedicated to assist guest to their rooms from 7am-10Pm. Additionally we have made improvements to the buffet for ease of use and some additional food items.... More

First, you should know that this is a motel room. You will park a long way from your room and haul your own bags. When you reach your room it will be 90+ degrees inside and there will be no air conditioner. There will be a small fan mounted on the window that has both intake and exhaust capabilities. Don't... We regret that you did not enjoy your visit. I am apologize the room and the dining room was so hot. It has been unseasonably warm in the park. We will continue to work on a solution with our park partners to eventually add air condition to our rooms. I will notify the Executive Housekeeper about your shower curtain so... More

The rooms are simple but complete and well cared for - the "grounds" are beautiful and there is wild life everywhere. Dining is great with the view and quality of the food. Staff is always ready to help. This was our first trip, but we are already planning our next (and longer) stay. It is a wonderful place.

We stayed here after a sleepless night of camping with our 10 month old. Great location. Fabulous views. Our room was comfortable and quiet, however, it was not as clean as I would have expected. Based on the price I would have expected a larger lodge and dining room, maybe a bar too. We ate at the breakfast buffet one... More

Good, basic accommodations after camping for three days. Plenty of hot water for the shower Don't expect spectacular food. Very friendly staff and guests. Wildlife right outside your door. Loved our visit but also found the lack of wifi a bit disturbing. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, shower a little dated. Would recommend hotel update some of the amenities. Staff not as friendly as you would expect based on price of stay.
