Visited 1/24/15. Excellent value for $125 per night; room was spotless & modern, amazing views of gorgeous trees, friendly & helpful staff. Important...you will likely not have cell phone service, the wifi only works at the lodge (not in the rooms) & it's 1 hr 15 min. from the park entrance to the lodge, of 10-15mph curves. Lastly, the rooms...

You can't beat the location for the Wuksachi Lodge if you want to spend a few days in Sequoia and Kings Canyon hiking and seeing the sights. It is terribly convenient, clean, and the restaurant and food service are also fine. The food is not inexpensive, but not crazy overpriced, and was surprisingly good. Not awesome or fantastic, but definitely...

We chose this lodge because of its central location in the park. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and we were lucky that there was still snow around. Weather was perfect, thankfully as even though I had brought chains,I would have hated to have to put them on. Room was perfect and staff and facilities was great. Would deinitely stay there again!

We stayed here 5 years ago so were disappointed not to be able to stay here over Christmas again as the lodge was booked up already a year in advance! So we came here for lunch instead and to enjoy the view from the restaurant. The food is wonderful, the staff are friendly, the entrance area has a lovely log...

We chose to stay here for the last night of our trip to the US. After driving through the breathtaking Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks we arrived here and were blown away by the beauty of the area. The Lodge is surrounded by beautiful Redwoods and the snow was quite deep all around. The room we had had a...

This was the first time we stayed overnight in the park and a memorable experience. I have been visiting the park since I was a child and every time is magical and special. My favorite time to visit is in the winter and this visit did not disappoint. There was snow but the roads were unusually clear. I would certainly...

This lodge is 10 minutes from the sequoias. The Lodge is nice and in a beautiful location. There is only one restaurant within a one hour drive in the winter time and the food is good but kind of pricey when you have to eat there every meal. It cost my family if 4 $180.00 per night for dinner so...

January visit. Walking to dinner we saw the alpenglow on the snow-covered mountains behind the lodge and the golden glow of the lights in the lodge inviting us in. Dinner in a nice dining room with a rustic feel. Sitting in front of a huge fireplace, sipping a glass of wine, enjoying an excellent meal, and good company -- a...

We stayed in a Superior style room on our last family weekend and fell in love with this place. Unlike Yosemite, its not nearly as crowded or expensive. Yosemite has some grand mountain views but Sequoia has its own charms and the biggest trees in the world. We paid for a upgraded room from a Deluxe style room and didn't...
