Awful. Bad service, everybody is rude, it's an old, dirty and smelly building. Spot on only for the position. Restaurant even worse, with more than 1 hour waiting for basic stuff like a steak with no other guests around. Well done, and never again.

The Wuksachi Lodge is a beautiful place to get away in the forest and stay comfortably. It is accessible to the Sequoias and Giant Redwoods and is a warm welcoming place to come into in the winter. The rooms are comfortable and the food delicious.

Dear Katherine, Thank you for visiting Sequoia National Park and we appreciate that you stayed with us. I hope that someday you can visit during the spring or summer to witness the Dogwoods in bloom and then the many babies that are born in the park.. It truly becomes magical.

We visited Wuksachi Lodge for two nights in April 2017. The Lodge is in the perfect location to use as a base to explore Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The room was perfectly acceptable with a soft, comfy king bed. The room was a good size so we had plenty of room to spread out all of our stuff....

It is a great place in side the park. Convenient location and it gives the opportunity to visit the busy attractions early in the next morning since you are already located inside the park. Highly recommended.

It was a very enjoyable night with awesome landscape during the day and amazing stargazing during the night. Staff is very friendly and helpful, restaurant amenities are great. Good location for disconnecting from the outside world, as the internet access is very limited.

There is nothing really to recommend other than the convenience of the location. The property is a bit run down and could do with a overhaul. Accommodation is in three blocks away from the main lodge. This may not suit people with disabilities. Suggest you check with hotel. Rollout beds available. Restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. Not sure if they...

Great location. Value for dollar spent well below average. The staff attempts to please. However they are poorly managed and guests are treated as a onetime visit. Rooms are shabby and when a toilet is flushed you will know. Won't be returning to this lodge anytime soon.

Great Lodge close to Nature, there were no bears maybe because of the winter season. Wusaki is placed in an incredible place were confort is hugely appreciated. I would love to go back and check the region in the summer.

Our family was pleasantly surprised by the lodges front reception area with a fire place operating on our arrival. It was snowing at the time of our arrival so this was nice after a long drive. The walk to the room is a little stroll from the parking lot. The rooms are very well used with rips and tears in...

Thank you Scott for your review. I apologize for the condition of your room. We have started our updating and remodeling of the guest lodges and apparently you got a room that had not yet been done. I do hope that you will return again someday to have a different experience and opinion of the Wuksachi Lodge.

When I got in line to check in there were five people in front of me and it took forever to get to the front of the line. Then I was told I would need a reservation to eat dinner, so I got in line for that. The woman taking reservations was also taking people who had their reservations into...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I apologize for the delays at the front desk and I will make this review known to the managers in charge. I am pleased to hear that the Giant Sequoias made up for the disappointments you had.
