I stayed at the Wuksachi for two nights while visiting Sequoia National Park and King’s Canyon National Park. While the rooms are expensive, you are really paying for the convenient location when you stay here. The Wuksachi is located less than 10 minutes from the General Sherman (the largest tree by volume in the world) and 45 minutes from Grant’s... More

We had an overnight stay here on our trip around California. The hotels in a beautiful location with wonderful views from the grounds. The room was spacious for the 4 of us to sleep in and also clean. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Our room was on the middle floor so although not a wheelchair equipped room was easily... More

The hotel is set within the Sequoia National Park, only a short drive away from General Sherman Tree, Moro Rock and other key spots. The hotel is lovely and the rooms clean and modern. Buffet breakfast is lovely and pretty good value. Quite expensive to eat at the restaurant for dinner, but choice within the park is very limited for... More

The reception and restaurant are in a separate building with respect to the three buildings were rooms are, but everything is at walking distance, and there is a trail to avoid the dark road. The complex is immersed in nature, in the middle of a high mountain forest, a few miles from general Sherman sequoias grove. Our room was the... More

Our family of six stayed at this Lodge which is right in Sequoia National Park. The room was somewhat old but it was amazing to wake up and look outside at this pristine park. We could walk down to the main lodge that had a restaurant and front desk. The people at the front desk were so nice and helpful.... More

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 3 nights in one room. we had a very pleasant experience. The main building is very attractive. The bedroom areas (which are detached from the main building) are a little more tired. They are 2 storey. We were on the ground floor and they way they are built this means you... More

We stayed in a superior room which was very clean & comfortable and had a fridge. We fit 5 people as they brought in a rollaway bed and really it was plenty of room. It is really very close to the park and to wildlife, we enjoyed it, though to be honest we did not spend much time there due... More

We recently returned from a 2 night stay at the Wuksachi lodge and we were very pleased. The location of this lodge within the Sequoia National Park is super. It's very close to many of the highlights that this beautiful park has to offer. The rooms were spacious (ours had a king bed and a sofa bed) and a large... More

It was a great location. Given the elevation and distance from nearest town it's best to stay within park in Sequioya. Views were amazing feom the lodge and everything comfortable. ONLY issue was that there wasnot a microwave in the lodge or room due to ranger regulations.

We stayed at the Wuksachi Lodge three days/two nights while hiking in Sequoia National Park. The lodge is set in a beautiful forest and is conveniently located near several trail heads. Our stay was a disappointment. The lodge consists of a main lodge building (where the check-in desk and restaurant are located) and separate guest room buildings. The main lodge... More
