The food at the Sol Duc Lodge is not very good, was vastly overpriced and the waitstaff were incredibly slow. Moreover, we arrived towards evening looking forward to soaking in the hot springs, but heard from folks that by the end of the day, the springs (pools) were "greasy" from so many using them throughout the day. Yuck! We decided... More

We had 4 kids with us, so I booked the spot that looked like it had the most room for kids to run around. (I booked in advance as most of these spots get booked pretty early) The site was cramped and we didn't have much room to run. Luckily there were trails and the hot springs close by to... More

First...this is one of the most beautiful places on earth! My family has been camping at Solduc Hotsprings for 5 generations, this weekend being the grandaughters first time. We have seen it go through many different managements...this has to be the worst! During our 4 day stay we saw a Camp Host once, accidentally, as he was cleaning a bathroom.... More

The RV campground is a car park subdivided into parking spaces. The parking spaces are the minimum size required in which to park an RV. The spaces are defined by a log. The RV campground is provided by the commercial operation that runs the hot spring pools for accommodating additional punters. One can boil oneself in the hot spring pools... More

Stayed there on our trip back from the Oregon coast with 2 other couples in our travel trailers. It cost $20 USD to get into the Olympic National Park which you have to pay to get to the campground. The fee of $47 USD for a site In a gravel parking lot with just a log between each unit seemed... More

We stayed in loop B for tent camping. As far as this area goes, the landscape is BEAUTIFUL!!! surrounded by giant trees, moss, little peaks of sunlight, and great access to nearby hiking trails. We had 11 people so we had 2 sites but there was plenty of room for 4 tents between us. Thankfully they had just lifted the... More

Olympic Park is an amazing place and being there was great. Unfortunately, the RV campground at Sol Duc Springs was not. -The campground is nothing more than a gravel parking lot. No privacy and no shade. We never saw the camp host and there was no supervision. We actually had to leave one day early due to a noisy and... More

This is not your typical RV park. It is basically a big gravel parking lot with RV spot along both sides. One side is for 26' and under and in the sun most of the day. The other side is for larger rigs and in the shade most of the day. It just has electricity and water hook ups, no... More
