We made a reservation weeks in advance to camp here for a week. Love camping in our travel trailer but not in an open field with some gravel thrown down to look like a campsite. They tried to put us in the "overflow area" with no shade trees or anything to resemble camping for a week. We immediately went back... More

Koa is my favorite place to stay when on vacation. Their cabins are just perfect for our family. We get to enjoy the outdoors without the outdoor problems. This particular koa was one of the best. It had a jumping pillow, mini golf, pool, and a petting farm. Always a great place to stay.

We brought our Travel Trailer down from Cincinnati. Being so close to the highway, it was really easy to find/access the campground. We stayed over the 4th of July. The campground had fireworks and a pig roast. Really great. Kids loved the jumping pillow, and we caught several nice fish in the fishing pond. The pool was small, but refreshing.... More

pool was nice, bath room clean, there is a rooster but it didn't bother us. Had no problems, would stay again, close to the attraction, ate at great steak restaurant in cave city name sahara, camp grounds quiet.

This KOA was lacking a little. No WiFi and the pool wasn't very clean. The upside was that the playground was quite nice and the children enjoyed it. The campsites are spread thru a wooded area and the enitre driving area is gravel. Also, purchased a bundle of firewood and they would not allow me to carry it. They would... More

There is a small pen with some animals on the property. Nothing like getting woke up when you want to sleep by a rooster and a donkey having a conversation! We received a welcome packet from the local town which was a nice addition. More towns should promote themselves. We paid for a hook up to include wi-fi and it... More

It amazes me all the reviews with WHINING!! Yes, it's by the side of the interstate, so what? Yes they have animals, chickens, ducks and turkeys. It's very clean and animals are well taken care of. And not every site can be near the pool or kids acrivities. Stop whining because Heaven forbid you had to walk a few steps.... More

The campground , though well maintained is right next to the highway. We were in a tent, so there's no buffer for sound. Trucks run down the highway all night long, so we got no sleep. On the bright side, I was already awake when the rooster at the farm between us and the highway starting at 4am...at least the... More

Much like other reviewers, we were at the bottom by the noisy interstate. It is a long uphill walk to playground, pool, bounce pillow and shower house and laundry. Very little shade and lots of bugs. They advertise free internet but I was never able to log on. In fact it is so weak it never even showed up when... More

KOA is a familiar brand that families tend to gravitate towards when on the road. Reviews were so-so but I figured we were going to be on the go, and self-sufficient in our travel trailer. Our spot was right next to the interstate and was quite noisy. There was zero shade on our entire side, and was quite an uphill... More
