Where to start. The boat ride in, staff, food, day excursions, cabins, views....simply stupendous. My husband, son and I spent 3 nights here, which I highly recommend. We took almost all the excursions offered. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and extremely professional. Shawn, Yuri, Tucker, Casey, John, Dylan, Michelle, Bernice, Chenifer(sp?), Hannah, Alex and the rest of the staff were just... More

The lodge can only be reached by boat and during our stay we travelled by canoe and on foot. We saw black bears, sea otters and river otters. The seclusion and lack of cars, TV, mobile phone signal and internet together with the beautiful location with a fabulous view of the Pedersen glacier was quite magical.

Our aim at this remote lodge is to disconnect from the stresses of modern life and reconnect with nature - it sounds like you were able to do just that! Thanks so much for the review. More

This place gets a full 10 and more for being the most fantastic lodge. This remote lodge has excellent staff, and guides that made our trip and activities so super fantastic. The view from the rooms was super special. The dining too was very nice. In the words of my seven year old grandson who told our guide on our... More

The Kenai Fjord Glacier Lodge is worth every penny. Period. It's a well run operation that gives you an active front seat to Alaska's wild and wildlife -- bears, whales, seals, otters, puffins oh my. Yes it's a splurge, but where else can you lodge in the Kenai Fjord National Park with incredible views from every vantage. Staff is incredible... More

Two couples visited Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge in early July 2016 and the experience was terrific. From seeing whales, puffins, porpoises and otters on the boat ride from Seward to the lodge to wonderful accommodations in your own little log cabin with a view of a lake and glacier to terrific guides and terrific food, this was a trip I... This is a fantastic experience. You get here via an amazing boat ride where you can see wonderful wildlife. We saw everything from orcas to puffins to sea lions. It was almost worth it just for that ride alone, but the lodge itself is also great. It has a view of the glacier and these great rocking chairs where you... More

We came here by boat, skippered by the very able and affable Jessica who on the journey gave us the chance to see the teeming wildlife of the shoreline and sea. The lodge was beautifully positioned not far from the head of an inlet of the Kenai Fjord Complex. Our Lodge / Cabin gave us more than ample room and... More

The views from the lodge are spectacular as one watches wildlife in and around the lagoon with mountains and glacier in the (not-s-distant) background. The accommodations are fantastic as is the staff - everyone was great. And they have numerous activities for all levels of (active) individuals. The location is incredibly remote - it takes a few hours by boat... More

Thank you so much for your helpful feedback. Although we do our best to offer a wide array of guided activities each day, for varying ability levels, sometimes weather and tidal patterns can limit options. We appreciate you choosing Alaska Wildland Adventures and Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge for your coastal Alaska adventure! More

This lodge is a beautiful spot. The food was quite amazing thanks to a great chef. We had the best blueberry ice cream I ever tasted. Every dish was scrumptious. We loved the canoeing and building stone towers with the beach rocks. The camp fired was a real plus too. Znd we also did some hiking up the mountain. It... More
