If you want to see the glorious view of the Grand Tetons every morning when you get your coffee, you can't beat the view and the location of the Jackson Lake Lodge. It is centrally located near the Yellowstone National Park with an easy drive to any of the amazing sites in Yellowstone. The accommodations at the Jackson Lake Lodge are wonderful. Whether you want a hotel room, a cabin or a camping area it has it all. Also, their are great restaurants in the Jackson Lake Lodge ranging from a quick serve grill, a general dining room and also a first class dinning restaurant. The restaurant prices were reasonable and very convenient. This was our 8th trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons and it was the most enjoyable because of the easy access and logistics getting into Yellowstone and back to the Lodge. Jackson Lake Lodge is about 25 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport and about 35 minutes from the City of Jackson Hole depending on traffic. We found everything more convenient with better amenities at the Jackson Lake Lodge. Previously, we had always stayed in Jackson Hole. Yellowstone is so fabulous that we go back every 2 years. Please be sure to check out all the possible historic sites to visit around Jackson and of course all the sites and wildlife inside Yellowstone before you go. This is out favorite vacation spot in America with Glacier National Park being number 2.

We stayed at the lodge for two nights in the rooms with a view .. was worth everything cent . There is no description for how beautiful this valley is .. it’s just magical. We ate all meals at the Lodge , the breakfast buffet is $20 or you can order off the menu.. the buffet was very nice with an incredible fruit bar and Belgium waffle plus omelette station. They have a 50’s dinner that we loved plus a fine dining restaurant and a patio bar and grill . Jackson Lake Lodge is well managed and they are eager to please .. if you reserve the view rooms request the 500 or 900 building ..

We stayed in one of the classic cottages. It was rustic, comfortable, and cozy with, I believe, an updated, renovated bathroom. The Mural Room where we had our breakfast and dinner had panoramic windows which offered incredible views of the Teton Range. If you are visiting the Grand Teton National Park, you will not get a better view of the range than from Jackson Lake Lodge.

Beautiful but a little pricey. Looks out over the Tetons and Jackson Lake. There were moose visible from the deck. Not too far from Jackson. Good dining available. Piano solo in the evening to top it all off.

I was there photographing a wedding, and I’m still in awe of how majestic this place is. Cottages are large, cozy, spacious and comfortable. Dining options were perfect you MUST try the trout chowder; so delicious. We watched sunset over the Tetons with a glass of wine and sunrise over the damn 5 minutes from the resort. Activities are a must weather it’s a hike or kayaking on the lake. You can’t go wrong. ~ Kathy Thomas Photography
