We did not stay in Williams. The Grande Canyon’s Trailer Park was nice and clean and they had access to the shuttles.

I'd say that this is a risk. I visited in early April this year and the temperature fell just below freezing. I was advised to disconnect the water line overnight to help limit the chances of damage.
