Booked early and lucked out getting suite 260/262. Contrary to website info, they do allow rollaway bed in this room. Call hotel directly to get real scoop on accommodations, versus Xanterra website or 800#. Plenty of room in suite and nice to have 2 bathrooms. The tub that people complain about being confusing to use must've been upgraded in our... More

We did not stay in the hotel, but did the boat ride and hikes and were so hungry after this so we ate at the restaurant inside. It was pricey for our budget (about 26 a person) but the BEST meal of our trip! I had the trout and my daughter had chicken. We also had the fried portobella mushrooms... More

If you want some quality family time, raw beauty, many activities and FUN....stay at Many Glacier Hotel. Late August Hikes, Red Bus tours, boat tours, kayaking, canoeing, fly fishing and more are some of the outdoor activities. We played cards in the late baby with our kids, as well as, Charades! This hotel is located in a building with more than a 100 years history. We spent two nights in a room located on the 4th floor. It was very much like a room in ancient time with no TV or WIFI. Washing sink is located outside the bathroom and bathroom has a fancy tub. The hardware of the property was... More

We were very lucky to get a room through a cancellation 3 weeks before out arrival! So don't despair if you have not booked a year in advance and you have some flexibility. Just keep checking the availability ! The hotel setting is simply amazing - the lighting on the mountains at various times of the day provides an extraordinary... More

In early August, my wife, daughter, and I stayed at Many Glacier Hotel for three nights in a lake view room with a balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this iconic Swiss-style hotel. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect with easy access to the Iceberg Lake and Grinnell Glacier trails. It is right on beautiful Swiftcurrrent Lake... More

The food is incredbile, especially the bison chilli after a long day hike in cooler weather. The huckleberry craft cocktails are deliecious. I would highly recommened eating in their lobby resturant. The atmosphere and views are incredible. The only negative is both times I ate at the resturant the messed up my order. While they did fix it both times... More

Can't beat the location. Last year we booked a lakeside room with shared balcony for our recent 3 night stay. I can't imagine a better room location. Stunning views each morning and night - the room was surprisingly spacious given how small the shower stall was. You could probably fit the shower stall inside the fireplace in the living area.... We arrived just to check out the place and were lucky enough to find an available room. What a miracle! The whole place is picturesque. Waking up to that view with the reflection on the lake. Enjoying our meals with the view and even having a make shift band show up and provide the best entertainment, made the whole trip... More

I stayed for three nights at this property with a friend earlier this month on a Road Scholar hiking trip in Glacier National Park. While the rooms themselves are ok, what makes this place very special is its location, in the heart of the Park. Above all is the property's extraordinary dining room and its excellent food, especially the seafood... More
