What a wonderful way to "camp" in Denali National Park! The mostly locally sourced food amazing and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable--they managed to supply beautiful weather, views of Denali as well as caribou, moose, sheep, bear and wolf sightings.

First Class 'Wilderness' accommodations. Knowledgeable guides, hosts and team are there to assist to make your visit special. They have loaner gear for those staying here...bikes, daypacks, rain gear, fishing gear are all available. Guided hikes of three levels are offered daily, or just do your own thing. Fantastic view of Denali from right out your window.

The lodge is one of only 4 accommodation places at the end of the road into Denali National Park. It has small ensuite rooms, most with twin beds, opening onto a covered verandah - but the rooms are not the reason for staying at North Face Lodge! Apart from great views of Denali from your doorstep, the lodge has excellent... More

This was an unparalleled experience. From the bus ride into the park and the lodge, with a stop along the way for a most delicious gourmet meal spread out between 2 buses, to the welcoming greeting by the staff as we arrived at the lodge. Our room was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the living room area adjacent to the... More

This is the premier place to stay at Denali National Park. Starting with the bus ride into the lodge -- the most remote of the lodges -- the experience was amazing. Our caravan of three buses stopped for interesting things along the way. One highlight was the biggest herd of hundreds of caribou straddling the road that I ever hope... More

We decided to splurge and treat ourselves to a three night stay at the North Face Lodge. It was not an easy decision, since the cost for this three night stay is about what we would normally spend for a full week of travel. I can say without a doubt, that North Face Lodge is well worth the expense. It... More

We stayed four nights at this unique lodge. The setting in Denali NP is quiet and peaceful. The staff is what makes this lodge unique. They are so happy and upbeat. They behave as if they are one big family and they treat the guests the same. The number of guests is small and everyone gets to know each other... More

Everything so thoughtful and perfect here! The rooms were so cozy and had just enough rustic feel. As for the food, it was absolutely amazing. I was so happy to find out that they cater to vegetarians. They also have such a wonderful range of activities throughout the day. If you can, do a hike or Foray with Annie, she's... More

North Face Lodge was a wonderful experience and a super way to spend time inside Denali National Park. We (party of 4) had 3 nights there. We were picked up by a bus at the entrance to the park and driven in over several hours. The driver was an experienced guide and gave an excellent commentary all the way. She... More

Lodge offers simple room with bath, but attraction is location and staff. We saw Denali each day. Naturalist guides for hikes and bus rides, all informed and experienced.Food is excellent and other guests are cordial and eager to share experiences. Bikes on site and exclusive canoe rights on Wonder Lake, reflecting Denali. We prefer North Face to sister, Camp Denali,... More
