Clean with good amenities & comfortable beds. Lobby is cozy with coffee bar & fireplace. Breakfast at the restaurant has omelettes made to order & pleasant wait staff. Bar is also a nice place to have a drink with new friends. Staff is very helpful. There are lovely areas to sit outside to enjoy the fresh air & scenery. It... More

I don't know how Royal Caribbean can use this place. Mold all around the shower. Took a shower with flip flops on. Mold behind the toilet bowl. Thick dust on the blinds and light cups near bed. Snowy tv, couldn't watch a show. 12"x12" bed pillows. Sheets had to be pulled out to reach your chest. They came up to... More

First impressions are good. Typical structure in the tourist area of Denali. A large central chalet style building accommodating reception, lounge with a homely log fire, large gift shop, coffee shop, dining area and bar, is quite impressive. Accommodation is of either rooms in maybe 8, large 2 storey blocks with approximately 20-24 rooms, or cabins. There are also several... More

I had Room 602. It was dirty. The floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed for weeks. There was also a very strange system of bedmaking. I've travelled far and wide around the world but I have never come across a bed made like that. I had to pull all the sheets and duvet out before I could... More

I stayed here after 7 nights camping in Denali Park. It is very convenient to the Park. The complimentary laundry facility is a great plus. The hamburger in the restaurant and their morning breakfast buffet are very good, and reasonably priced. Most of the guests are prebooked on bus tours and so the service is minimal. Otherwise, a good stop... More

We spent 2 nights it this location as part of our cruise land tour. I believe we were in the newest of the many buildings...it was the 700 building. Each room had either a ground level porch or upper lever balcony. Our room was located on the Chena River side and we had a lovely wooded view of the river.... More

After reading some reviews I was wary of what we would find on our land portion of Celebrity cruises. I was quite happy. As a family of 5 we had 2 rooms. They were very clean, large and quite comfortable. Only day we overslept. The dining room food was good and although not cheap, was reasonably priced for what you... More

Wat a horrible place, HAD a tour LAST WEEK. FIRST ONE MY suit cases GOT MISS place, THEN ONE OF THE lady in THE COFFEE place when I told her that my coffee was wrong, she was so rude and never offer to replace it I lost my money, and then the worse the room was crumby, duty and the... More

The room had no heat for 2 days even though the outside temperature was in the 40's and the staff was notified after the first day. The wallpaper in our bathroom was delaminating and the room needed updating. The pasta buffet was the worst I have ever had. The second day was not much better as I tried a hamburger... More

We stayed in the lodge standard room with 2 double beds, TV, small table and chairs, sink in main room and doored toilet and shower without a tub. Room was on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. Close walking distance to main building restaurant and coffee shop, smaller lodge shops and dinner musical show. Bus transportation from the...
