This campground is very close (within walking distance) to the rim and particularly Sunrise Point. We were camped in Space #1 which was right across from one of the bathroom buildings. We had a camp trailer and a tent for our 2 grown sons. The campsite is pretty small, but accomodated our needs with a flat paved spot for our... More

We arrived here in mid-July around 2p.m. and feared we would not get a spot, but there were several to choose from. We got a spot on the outer rim, much recommended as the camp is very dusty and there is almost no traffic here. Extremely private site, but baths nearby. We later looked at Sunset Campground as we had... More

Plenty of space once you find a spot. Trees provide shade and because it's on a hill you will feel a breeze when you are lucky. A great view over the hoodoos and acces to the rim trail are only a few steps away. No showers but plenty of cold water and clean toilets. The showers in the general store... More

This campground is beautiful and in a great location. Just over the ridge, you can look down into the canyons. The campsites are shaded and peaceful, and there are adorable chipmunks everywhere! This campground is location right off of the Rim Trail, which makes it easy to hike to and from. We did the Fairyland Loop from our campsite.

Our first experience of a USA National Park Campground - fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! We were in loop A with our rented RV and made great use of the BBQ/fire pit. Toilets and water stand also available. Easy walk to the Rim and trails. Easy walk to Visitor Centre and shuttle bus. Quick drive to dump/refill station. Wildlife on your doorstep... More

The campground has four loops. Both A and B loops are for those with generators and the signs specifically say no tents. Both C and D loops are for tents only and no generators. My husband and I stayed in loop C, in campsite 70. The campsite was very spacious, had two picnic tables, a fire ring and was very... More

We just got back from two nights at North Campground, and it was the best national park campground I've ever stayed in! We snagged a first come, first serve spot by arriving at 7:30 am on a Thursday. And we happened to get campsite 60, which looks to be one of only three campsites located ON the rim of Bryce... More

We stayed in the north campground with our 30' RV. We arrived at Bryce Canyon area late and stayed outside the park our first night because we thought we couldn't get in. In reality, there were probably sites open. When we walked through the next morning we didn't have any trouble choosing a site from the umber available. Turnover in... More

No kidding, at 7am there are RVs and cars sitting at the camground entrance, waiting for people to leave so they can snap up their campsite. There just aren't enough campsites for the demand, so be there between 9-11am or you may be out of luck. The campground is very hillly, so all sites are not good for all RVs... More

Bryce Canyon is a spectacular place to visit, but the campground check in was a bit confusing as it was our first time at this park. Camp sites were crowded, and our all-adult neighbors were loud and relieving themselves in our camp site (and announcing it) rather than walking the 50 feet to the restroom. Women's restroom had no hot... More
