We stayed at the sunset unit, very close to Sunset Point, like 100m. The room was a bit dark, with not much daylight coming into the small windows. The room was clean and had a lovely balcony. Unfortunately we had parking lot view, but you can't be lucky every time ;-). Drawback was the strong citric smell of some cleaning... More

If you want to be inside the park, then this is a no-brainer. Basically a motel (we stayed in the sunset wing). Linens were old and worn and the room was not properly clean. The wi-fi. though free, is a disaster. It is very quiet (unless your neighbours aren't), and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Words and photos don't come close to capturing the beauty of Bryce Canyon. Accommodations at the lodge (Sunset Unit) are basic: comfortable bed, table and chairs, sink outside of the shower/toilet. The vent fan was incredibly loud while on, and louder as it was turned off. Towels were soft and replaced daily, even though we hung them up to indicate... More

My boyfriend and I drove cross country and stopped at a number of national parks in Utah and Arizona. We were on a very tight budget but splurged for the night at the Bryce Canyon Lodge. I'm so glad we did! You can't beat being a five-minute walk from the canyon. We were in the Sunset building (one of the... More

We wanted to stay in the park, and were not disappointed. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, so we parked near our cabin and walked the 75 yards to the rim of the Bryce Amphitheater. Wow! The hoodoos were stunning in their coloration and variety. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the meals excellent at a reasonable price. Our... More

We stayed at Sunset Lodge and loved being so close to the canyon, ranger talks, trail ride and especially feeling like we are part of the National Park system! The rooms are large and a bit dark but the bed was ultra comfy especially after a day on horseback. There's a fan to plug in if your room gets warm,... More

Great location, in the park and 100 meters away from the scenery of Bryce Canyon. The place belongs to thr National Park Service. Comfortable and charming cabins. Very well maintained property. Great adjacent restaurant. You even see deers outside. Free parking. Free wifi. Cannot find a more quiet and romantic place nearby. GO THERE if you can (reserve early)!

We stayed in a Sunset motel room and liked the rustic charm of the room and the lodge building. The Wifi isn't brilliant and with no air conditioning it was very hot trying to get to sleep at night but there were many positives with the stay. We had an upstairs room and it was nice to sit on the... More

We were hiking Bryce and the Lodge was the logical place to stay. OK as a National Park lodge. The buildings were a bit spread out, but very convenient to the rim and trails. Restaurant food and service were fine.
