The lodge is located within walking distance of great views of the canyon. After we checked in at the main lodge we drove to one of the other buildings were our room was located. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. There was a small area to sit outside as well. The rooms are a bit noisy but... More

We stayed in a cabin at Bryce Canyon Lodge. It was ideally situated within walking distance to the rim. There are no cabins right on the rim so this is as close as you can get. It was a spacious and clean room with two queen size beds and a fireplace. This was my first trip to Bryce and I... More

Stayed for one night just before Thanksgiving and we're so happy we chose this hotel! Bryce was a detour on a road trip with the family. We couldn't pass on the opportunity to visit Bryce while in the area but had to stick with a schedule. The Lodge was the perfect place to stay as the Park was literally just... More

The concessionaire is Forever Resorts. The Park Service hires them to operate the lodge. You are a captive group and must eat at their restaurant which is not good. Try to take your own food. You can't drink in your room / cabin bec they want you to buy their alcohol in their bar.

My husband and I stayed overnight in mid May. We planned the trip only a couple of months in advance so had to be very patient and persistent in making constant follow ups for cancellations. Persistence paid off and we finally got one of the sought after western cabins near the rim. The lodge was absolutely lovely, the cabin’s location... More

This is the best place to stay, there is not much of a town outside and it is a bit distant, it is is maybe the oldest original lodge in a national park. The motel rooms (ask for second floor) are spacious and fine but try one of the more recently redone cabins. The lodge is lovely and the food... More

The cabin was a great place to stay. There were two beds, a gas fireplace, a bathroom and a dressing area with a sink. We were very comfortable. There is no TV or Internet Service, yay! The cabins are close to the rim. We went walking the rim at night by the light of the full moon. The staff at... More

Our room was near Sunrise Point, so we walked the path and were thrilled to see the spectacular view over the cliff with the first snowfall of November 2015. The Lodge desk and room and restaurant employees were most accommodating. No complaints.

We were thrilled to be able to stay in a cabin here. It had a gas fireplace, porch, and of course beautiful western lodge type decor. It was close enough to walk comfortably to the canyon rim for great sunrise and sunset pictures. We would have slept like logs, but I think we were somewhat troubled by the altitude.

This lodge rates a five star not because it is over the top luxury or fancy, but because of it's intimacy and charm. It sits within 100 yards of the rim of the canyon. The employees are so helpful and knowledgable - from the front desk to the restaurant - they all know about the park and it's facilities. The... More
