The location was amazing, hot cocoa and coffee every morning, comfortable bed and friendly staff. I would recommend this location to any wishing to stay inside the park. The only negative is the lack of dining options nearby other than an overpriced small cafe with tasty but expensive pizza.

Hands down the only place to stay. The cabins are perfect and right on the edge of the canyon. They have a small porch and a working fireplace. The restaurant is also delicious and a small take-away coffee shop. Book early as it's difficult to get a reservation.

National Park lodges always offer a great location. In this case, compared to local hotels, this is also tops for comfort etc even though it is a bit rustic.Clearly had refreshed in the last few years. My favorite overlooks were faster to get to by hiking rather than driving. I was told this was a cold weather experiment - last...

The rooms are standard and clean, but they are not particularly special. They have a nice balcony and it is a five minute walk to the Bryce canyon sunset and sunrise points. There is only one nearby food option in the winter season - the Pizzaria, and it is terrible, so you'll need to either bring food in (there's a...

We stayed overnight in the sunset lodge during the winter season. The room was well equipped and even had a quaint private balcony. It was so nice to get out of bed and be near the trails, no extra driving needed. We only wish we had come prepped with food as onsite pizzeria was great for hot drinks but the...

This is a must stay lodge. The rooms are decorated to match the era in which they were built. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Its very relaxing to sit out on your private balcony and listen to the birds and wind blowing through the trees. The lodge is a very short walk to the...

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and they had free coffee and hot cocoa. In winter, the main lodge is closed, as are many of the cabins, but the Sunset building is open. The lodge dining room is also closed during winter, but there is pizza available at a little spot nearby called Valhalla. Views of Bryce Canyon and...

We popped in for a quick lunch before exploring the park. We was seated very quickly and all the staff were very friendly & efficient. We ordered a salad and a burger. Both were very tasty and reasonabley priced. Would definitely return!!

Hiking and exploring Bryce Canyon National Park? This is the perfect place to stay! My son and I were amazed by the location of this lodge, just steps away from the breathtaking hoodoos and hiking trails. After a day-long hike, it was nice to walk straight to our accommodations instead of having to drive. Dining offered in the main lodge...
