This is a fantastic, beautiful campground. However, you need to be prepared. First, you need to realize its about a half hour from the entrance to the park. Second, they do not sell ice, or have showers. So if you need ice, or want to take a shower, you have to drive a half hour into Moab. They do sell... More

It is the best place to camp in, the campground is located inside the park, so there are arches accessible rt from the campground and we had one which was barely a couple 100 meters from our campsite, we just walked up to it at night. The best part is as this is a certified lights out at night park,... More

I do not have much to add as far as the beauty of the campground - it rained the entire time we were there so we didn't get to explore the campground itself much. Even though this trip wasn't good for us weather wise, the campground itself is a great one. The location is great for exploring the Devil's Garden... More

The campsites are situated at the end of the park loop road. Each site is fairly private, with huge rock formations and desert scrub surrounding. While it's crazy hot during the day this place is amazingly beautiful. Our site had a concrete base, table, fire pit & grill. Toilet & washing up facilities were clean & modern. Last night we... If you can get a reservation, you should camp here. The stars almost blinded us they were so bright. Our camp spot was right up among the red rock (spot 30 I believe). The bathrooms were clean and the rangers/hosts were excellent!

The campground is a gem nested within the heart of the park. Campsite offers easy access to Landscape Arch and Tapestry Arch. In addition to birds and Lizards, we were lucky enough to see a den of foxes and mule deer from our site. Camping is easy here. Bathrooms are clean with running water & sinks (BYO Handsoap). The camp... More

The campground is conveniently located near the Devil's Garden Trail which we wanted to hike first thing the morning after staying here. We have a small tent so chose one of the smaller campsites. We had read reviews of the campsites and site number 10 was highly recommended but I would steer clear of this one if others are available.... More

When I was nine my family pitched a Starcraft pop-up camper here for two magical nights. So very rarely is a park campground located so perfectly in the middle of some of the best attractions in the park that its found in as here! I had forgotten my tennis shoes in Michigan. We stopped at an Arlens for some too... More

This is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots. We've gone the last few years and each time it just gets better. The campsite is so nice, there are not any large animals to worry about, not a lot of bugs, stickers in the sand and the scenery is amazing. For how crowded this park is, the campsite stays really... I reserved this campsite 6 months in advance on exactly the day registration opened. We had spot #51 which was not too far from the bathroom and water. The spot has trees around it and large rocks behind it offering great scenery. The view was of the snow-capped mountains off in the distance I would highly recommend a site that... More
