Having travelled all over the world & staying in an infinite amount of hotels I have to admit this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The check in was fast and the attendant jovial. The room is very practical and met our needs nicely. Breakfast was by far the most fantastic aspect of the hotel. The chef has delivered excellence and the pastries were just wonderful. The hotel also is modern, classic and with wonderful furniture and décor. I highly recommend this location for a nice night stay.
This was a very nice and beautiful Hotel! It was a welcomed surprise to have the front staff speak English. The place was very clean. The buffet every morning was delicious! The attendant,Nelson was very accomendating and took well care of us. He made us feel welcomed by using our first names. The pool was a nice perk too.
This hotel was chosen for me by my consulting client company. It is an excellent choice The hotel is attractively decorated with a welcoming lobby. The rooms are spacious and immacuately maintained. The restaurant provides an outstanding breakfast with a wide variety of choices and gourmet dishes for dinner. The bar is attractive and an excellent place for relaxing wiht a drink - bar also serve a limited menu of snacks and tapas. There is a swimming pool and well equipped fitness center. The stafsf is professional, courteous and friendly. Deck managers speak fluent English. I anjoy staying here.
good quiet position not too far from center , small but good rooms very clean , good continental breakfast , with different kind of fruit . New nice swimming pool next to good gym . On my opinion the best hotel on Americana .
I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, whenever I visit my family in Americana. This, I think, is the best hotel in the city of Americana, and it's perfectly fine and a suitable hotel. Apparently, they brand themselves as an upscale hotel, but it's far from upscale when compared to hotels in the US or even in bigger cities of Brazil. My first stay there I stayed at one of the bigger, nicer rooms on the avenue side, this time I decided that it wasn't necessary, and stayed at a smaller one in the back. The room was nice and comfortable with a large, clean, nice bed, either queen or king size, no frills. The bathroom was extremely small and a little cumbersome since at any time I went in I had to close the bathroom door in order to get to the shower. A small detail that bothered me immensely and that could have been easily and cheaply changed, my bedroom had bright white lights, rather than the nice soft warm white lights I'm mostly used to. It made me feel as if I was in a meatpacking plant. The bathroom flush was slow and non-efficient and I would expect that such hotel would've changed its toilets for water efficient ones at this point, but not the case. I used the "gym" once, which looks nice on the outside but sadly is very limited, supplied with low grade workout equipment. It was also very hot in it and when I called the front desk to ask where the AC remote control was they told me that it was broken, they built the gym the year before. Lots of construction, great breakfast, internet was down for two days.…
