My husband, myself & our two girls stayed for 2 nights at the family cottage. The cottage is a 100 year old cottage & has 2 bedrooms, a big kitchen (which has all the utensils & cutleries you need), big bathroom, washing machine & drier, dining & lounge area & a BBQ on the side verandah. The first thing you... More

It was a windy, rainy weekend on Tamborine Mountain and Seaview Farm was just the place to settle in for a few days. Lovely greeting from Teena on our arrival and then down to beautifully appointed little house which had splendid views across the valley to the coast. Everything we could possibly need was laid on in this spotless little... More

We traveled down to Mt Tamborine for a family wedding and found this place which exceeded our expectations from start to finish, i've never been to a B&B before here and this has changed my outlook, very friendly and more then happy to help and go out of there way for us. We stayed for 5 nights with 3 children... More

Arrived on probably one of the coldest night with the super strong winds going on all around us. Russell met us at the reception and directed us to our rooms, informing us that a fire has already been set up in the room, so we would be warm. Greatly appreciated as we were so unexpectedly cold! There was a miscommunication... More

Places like this deserve a 6 out of 5 rating...the view itself is absolutely spectacular. It captures the beautiful pink sky of a sunset that doesn't even require an Instagram filter and if you can get up early enough a breathtaking sunrise. It's so peaceful and quiet I highly recommend it to any couple looking for a romantic getaway. My... More

Coming from a land scarce country, a farm stay is almost unheard of. We were excited about our reservation with Seaview and did not know what to expect. We arrived in the late afternoon for our check in and was greeted warmly by Teena. She ran through things with us and showed us our cottage. She was really accommodating when... More

Stayed here for 2 nights for our 1st Wedding Anniversary & it was just perfect. Peaceful and uninterrupted stay from the host, with breakfast basket hampers left at the door each morning. Have met both Russell & Teena, very friendly, laid back & accommodating host. No rush to check out on Sunday, was told can leave whenever, despite already late... More

The cabin is beautiful, clean and modern with spa bath, large shower and a delicious breakfast hamper delivered to your door. We did not want to leave. The view is magnificent and the hosts very welcoming. The wood fire supplied with plenty of wood was delightful. It was a magic weekend away. We definitely will be back.

This was our second stay at Seaview Farm Retreat, and we loved it as much as the first time. It's the small touches that enhance the experience- fudge, wine, cheese, biscuits, robes, firewood, etc. The views are spectacular! Teena and Russell are very warm and welcoming; it felt like returning home. We will be back!

We have stayed in quite a few of this type of property over the years. Every once in a while if you're lucky you find a place like this, where you feel the open generosity of your hosts and they are willing to unselfishly share their slice of heaven with you. It can't be listed in the features or amenities... More
