I stayed for one night with my daughter and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time.
All the staff were very friendly. Not many people spoke English, but with the help of Google Translate we got by! I tried to order room service but the staff member on the phone couldn't understand me. The upshot was that I now know my room number in Turkish and how to write out Turkish words phonetically! Thankfully I have a good British sense of humour that saw the funny side.
The indoor pool was fabulous and I can't wait for summer to try out the enormous outdoor pool! The play area was fabulous and my daughter had a great time playing on the huge variety of climbing frames and swings.
The room was massive and very comfortable. My only feedback would be to have more literature in the room that told the different meal times and what restaurants and bars were open and all inclusive or paid. I really liked that we had a separate bath and shower and the view from the balcony was wonderful.
I am looking forward to our return visit in the summer.

I don't normally leave reviews. But seriously this hotel leaves me bewildered.
The stars are for the staff who try their absolute best to make the stay as great as possible in what has to be the most lacklustre of hotels I've stayed in. Staff like the guy in the Aquapark who stood at the top of the slides for hours and greeted everyone with a smile and a laugh. Or the young guy and waitresses in the Sun Sun bar sharing a laugh with us.
The positives. The huge pool and beach.
The negatives. Everything else!
I'm not a stranger to North Cyprus as I have family there and dearly departed buried there to. So I take most reviews about staff attitude with a pinch of salt and how people are. They are under a lot of pressure and sometimes if you just stop and share a joke or two they relax and smile. But this hotel feels like a sinking ship and the captain has departed on the first lifeboat leaving the crew to try to keep it afloat.
Feeding time is literally feeding time at the zoo. The excessive amount of flys means that they are not controlling the fly situation.
Whilst at dinner my uncle suddenly became covered in ants!
Whilst walking to the pool the staff had watered the plants leaving an invisible water trail on what is already an excessively slippery surface. I don't know what they use to clean the floor on the ride on cleaner. It's clearly contributing to the issue. My son was holding my hand luckily, had he not when he slipped it would have been a very nasty fall.
The pool's is the usual fight of the fittest to lock in that sunbed. Although we did have a battle with some people that suddenly appeared on our sunbeds one day.
The Aircon has two settings. Broken and freezing cold. One lady battled with the staff to the extent she decided to drag her mattress to reception and sleep there as no where in the hotel other than reception had a working Aircon on that night.
The hotel simply didn't meet up to its cost or its claimed star rating.
If you do decide to go haggle! It is just not worth the star rating they advertise.
As a family. We won't be going back.

The facility is built on a very large area. Even though it is in such a large area, you will be amazed by the care and cleanliness of the garden. It is very enjoyable to take a morning walk among the greenery. The main pool is quite large and sufficient. The sea is very beautiful and the beach is sandy on the beach. Our room was quite large and had a balcony. There were sufficient amounts of carbonated drinks and water in the mini bar. Cleanliness was sufficient. A pre-authorization of 2,500 TL per person is taken at the entrance to the facility. It was informed that the management made such a decision due to the damage caused to the room by a few previous guests. The food was diverse and delicious. Comments about the facility staff I left it until last. Because each of them deserves separate praise. The food and beverage service is mainly done by African young people. Friendly and sympathetic friends give positive energy. Each employee was very attentive and polite. I would like to congratulate the management on this training. See you again. about.

4 families and 8 people came on holiday between 26 - 30 May.

First of all, the good things about the hotel are the rooms and the pool.

It's time for your bad aspects

You cannot find bottled water in the hotel. Water in a glass or bottled bottle is not cold in the room.

The food quality at the hotel is below average, none of it has any taste, even the fruits are tasteless.

Insufficient staff caught unprepared for the season

It is almost impossible to consume alcoholic beverages in the hotel. There is no alcohol in the main building, so the pool bar or beach bar is open, all drinks are fake alcohol brands. Even if you are at the pool or beach, you have to walk at least 200 meters to buy drinks.

The hotel was founded on non-consumption, access to everything has been made difficult, there are no sneak bars on the beach or at the pool, they are closed.

It is the poorest quality in Turkey, but it is worse than the 5-star hotels, unfortunately it is the worst hotel you can go to in Kobris. Do not think that the ultra all-inclusive concept price is appropriate, because you will not be able to consume it with any of them, so pay 10 more and experience a different hotel.

Chaos at reception from arrival. Bags abandoned everywhere and it took hours to check in. No info on anything - restaurants, activities etc. There wasn't even a welcome pack in the room when we got there.

Food was OK, very Turkish rather than international. Quality and choice could have been better as a 5* and there were so many flies around.
Although i was there at peak season, only one restaurant was open at each meal time and it was hectic to get a table, get food, line up etc. For me it was a bit of a stressful dining experience, especially with small kids. So many bars and restaurants around not in use for no explanation.

I went there for my 40th for 4 days and I couldn't get a glass of champagne or prosecco. Turkish waiters acted like they didn't know what either were. African staff, who always smiled and cared about customers, gave me some Rosé & sprite mixed. Better than nothing.
After dinner there was no bar near the hotel to chill out at, everyone had to go to the beach bar about 500 metres away.

The grounds of the hotel were lovely and well laid out. The pool and beach were beautiful and very clean. However the ground near the pool was so slippy, one of out party had a nasty fall. I also felt the whole complex was poorly lit at night and I wouldn't have felt safe waking alone.

Room was nice though, we stayed in a bungalow which was perfect for our needs. Minibar has no alcohol, just fizzy drinks and water.

Children's club was good, staff were pleasant and could speak English and other languages. Aqua Park was OK, the large bucket dumping water every 2-3 minutes was a bit frightening for our little boy.

Overall, for the price we paid, it was disappointing and I wouldn't go there again.

I had a wonderful 1-week holiday. The hotel staff were very helpful and helpful in every aspect. The room we stayed in was very clean, the sheets changed daily, the food served had to be changed, the same food was served every 2 days, and the variety of alcohol was very limited, I had difficulty finding the alcohol I wanted. Mr. İlyas Aykut, whom I met at the hotel, helped me in every way. I can say that it was a bit boring before I met that person, but after that it started to go very well. He was a cheerful and entertaining person, and thanks to him, I enjoyed it a little more. I can say that it is the only place I will go again next year. I would like to thank Mr. İlyas Aykut and the hotel staff😊

On the day we checked in to the hotel, no one greeted us. We came to the lobby with our suitcases. Again, no one was interested. We got our room with difficulty. No one helped us. When we couldn't find the room, we asked for help 4 times. Finally, someone helped us. When we came to the room, we said there were things we needed, such as room cleaning and shower needs. We asked for the bathtub stopper 4 times in the following days and it still hasn't arrived. These were the ones for the room and reception. We came to the ultra all-inclusive hotel, no matter what we asked, they said no, the bar is very bad, the restaurant is very bad, the staff is trying to do their best, but everything is very bad. Same menu every day and very inadequate. The bar lacks everything and the alcohol we want is missing. We are going to a disco. As the name suggests, the beer and music are just discs. Even the lighting is very bad. In short, we have never imagined a hotel like this. I am writing this as a tourism manager, I have never seen such a disgrace.

The hotel's architecture, construction quality, garden landscaping, magnificent rooms, spacious and comfortable bathroom, very good to have both a shower and a bathtub, the sea, clear sandy beach, magnificent view of the hotel, wonderful pools, big and very beautiful. These are the positive aspects, the negative aspects are that the food quality is really low, there is a lot of food, but there is no taste. Only the pitas were good. It's ridiculous that the island bar in the middle of the pool is paid for, apparently it was only placed there to look visually beautiful. There is only one bar in the huge pool and since there is no drink service by the pool or to the beach, there is always a queue at the bars. The quality of the drinks is bad and the bartenders are unsuccessful in preparing drinks. The beds in the rooms are too soft, causing back pain. There is no beer in the mini bar. This is ridiculous. Only coke and fanta water are added anyway. services, mini bar renewal is also poor. The service in the casino is 0. Everything you want either does not come or comes very late. We spent tens of thousands of lira but did not get any service and unfortunately the air conditioners are not operated in many places other than the rooms in the hotel. I hope the shortcomings I mentioned will be taken into consideration and the hotel officials will make some effort, otherwise the investment made in this beautiful hotel will not be successful. It would be a shame.

We stayed at the hotel in 2019, but this time it was a complete disappointment. In the huge hotel, only 1-2 people were waiting at the reception, and there was a queue of people there. Even though the check-in time was 14.00, we were kept waiting longer. When we entered the room on the first day, the balcony door was left open and there were 20-30 flies inside. It is almost impossible to reach the reception by phone from the room. The resort rooms are too far from the sea and the dining area, you take about 10,000 steps a day. The room was not cleaned, after asking twice, the towels and slippers were not changed. You say it's a huge hotel, but the bed linens are full of holes. Ultra all-inclusive concept, but the mini bar is empty, there are two bottles of water. A deposit of 1500 TL per room is taken at the entrance and it is said that this will be refunded within 8-15 days. It's been almost a month and we still haven't received the deposit. It is said to contact the bank, but the bank says there is no refund received, contact the company. The dining area is extremely narrow and there are long queues. All the waiters and cleaning staff are foreigners and do not speak Turkish. We went at the beginning of September and you might get bored at the hotel in the evening. There was live music one day, but other than that, there is no program. In short, everything is very bad except the sea. I do not recommend.

We have holidayed in many hotels in Cyprus before. That was the absolute worst. Air conditioners don't work. Even though we complained many times, no attention was paid. Even in the casino, the air conditioning doesn't work, it's like a bathhouse inside. We are told that there is no alcohol left and no food is given in the casino. The price of the room we purchased before our arrival was discounted, but we could neither cancel our reservation nor get the difference back. We wanted to move to a different room. They said they were interested and dismissed it. The hotel is clean but there is no interest or tolerance. There is no air conditioning.

Hi there were no blue bracelets on our last day. Our flight was late too and we were living the hotel at 6.30pm so we had to pay 35€ each to keep the room from 12 to 6pm. The food is good, the grounds beautiful. There is no where to get an free alcoholic drink in the hotel. The cafe serving free coffee & soft drinks in the hotel closed at 7pm when we were there in June 19. Yes the beach bar was the only place to go at night. I would ask Cyprus Pradise to put you in KayA Artemis , the Limak or the Concord. We have stayed in all of these and they are amazing. We called Cyprus Paradise at the end of our holiday & complained and were told had we told them at the beginning they would have moved us to another hotel! Northern Cyorus is beautiful, people fantastic , enjoy your break but not at the Noahs Ark.
