This was our second visit. We came in 2019 and it was such a hit with our kids they asked to come back again. We were upgraded from a family suite to a family pool suite which basically meant we had a view of the pool rather than the gardens. It was very much appreciated but I don't think I would have paid the extra for the change in scenery when we spent very little time in the room. The pools were immaculate as before and the buffet food selection was exceptional. It was a shame that the other restaurants weren't open every day, that the sports bar was totally closed during our whole visit and that there were still relatively few retail outlets in the venue. Our only real complaint is that we reported a growing hornets' nest in one of the parasols at the family pool several times. Reported it to the pool barman who called maintenance right away, to two different pool attendants and to reception. Nothing was done and it was quite big by the end of our holiday. We spent a lot of time warning people not to sit there as the hornets were getting quite territorial. Last time we stayed, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. This time, they seemed more reserved and nervous about getting to know the guests but the all worked very hard and made our stay very easy. Thanks especially to the lifeguard who tended to my elbow when I smashed it open at the water park. He was great. Just a warning, it is searingly hot in August and there isn't much to do unless you hire a car (Girne Harbour is very nice) but if you are happy sitting by a pool and enjoying hotel life, it's a great spot.…

The best hotel I have been to. The food, beach, rooms and staff are amazing. I’m very satisfied with this stay. I highly recommend. You won’t regret, trust me. 7 days there is not enough. Better to go there for 12 days. I don’t think there is nothing missing in the hotel. There’s also bowling !!

i dont normally do reviews . but wanted to on this one. hotel is lovely . very clean. cant fault hotel we have a garden room.it is lovely apart from the fact you cant sit outside we are opposite a massive generator and its so noisy . you have to keep the door closed . we are right at the very end and do feel like as we are the only english people here we have been shoved down the end by the service road. we did report to our rep but he wasnt very interested . we seem to be the only english couple here. hotel is not aimed at british tourist .its more for turkish and east europeans. there is lots of space no fighting for sunbeds . beach and pool area is very good. lots of towel stations and resort is very clean lots of areas to eat and drink and no sunbed hogging. towels are cleared away if not being used. main buffet lots of choice . not very well labelled so its guess work . main dining hall feels very manic very noisy and quite unorganised lots of staff rushing around from one end to the other they dont seem to have a section to work in they rush round everywhere making it feel very chaotic the bar staff work very hard and are very friendly . table service and pool area service very good . there is no offer of any trips advertised. i wouldnt come back here but that is a personal choice .…

This was our 3rd time at Concorde and first time after pandemic slowed down. The hotel has high level of service and friendly staff is all around the hotel ready to help. Concorde is a very kids friendly hotel (we were travelling with 2 small kids = 4 & 1 year old) and enjoyed the Moppet Kids club as well as kids aquapark. Beachfront is sandy and great for kids to play around. Additional activities by the entertainment team, like building sand castles, yoga, waterpolo, foam party made our stay even better. Special thanks goes to Onur from the entertainment team, who went the extra mile to delight us and our kids. We are definitely coming back again. Potential downside (which the hotel can not influence) is that it is about 1,5 hour drive from the airport. The hotel was not crowded with plenty of space all around and always available sun-beds at the pool or at the sea.…

The resort is fabulous. The people (besides the very nice rooms and the great food) who make it happen are: the staff! They are all exceptional in their understanding of service and friendliness. This makes all the difference when we go to a hotel. The ultra-all-in concept is also something which is outstanding. To have a conference here with (for us) 400+ people was a great experience. For me the hotel staff delivered on their promises.

The hotel isn't in a busy location but there is plenty to do at the resort! Great beachfront, excellent food, kind staff, nice view from the room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great experience.
