We had an amazing time. I would definitely return if it wasn't so far from the airport 😊 We initially had a problem with their air conditioning but somebody came to fix that and we have no problem. We stayed in a room in 3rd block. The hotel and grounds are absolutely magnificent I have never seen anything like it. Prices in security they give you tell cards on arrival so you get fresh clean towels at the pool or beach every day. It is an absolute disgrace that people seem to to reserve beds around the pool yet 75% of them aren't even sat on by the end of the day.. This issue is not just this hotel it is everywhere it can't be helped but we could not get a bed at their main pool at all the entire time we were there.
A few things by wood point out: Cons.. The hairdressers is an absolute RIP OFF two plaits with a color in it on a 7 year old, was $60!!!! They weren't even done well enough to last a week..
The flies at the dinner hall are absolutely crazy, they are everywhere, no exaggeration each table would have like 10 flies at a time.. they would be around the food counters too.
The entertainment wasn't great, but others liked it. TV was only in Turkish too
Pros: Pools are great, kids pool is cool. Premium beer is served on the all inclusive, Budweiser/Miller. Food and BBQ was fantastic. Towel cards - save on reusing and damp towels. Beautiful picturesque grounds.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days (16-24 October) and believe me I am a fussy person and I cannot find anything to complain about - apart from the weight that we put on due to delicious food. It is an established hotel so the rooms in the holiday village are not newly decorated but our room was all smart, clean and everything worked perfectly. I had a look at newer rooms in the main building, which were new and felt more upmarket but decided to stay in the holiday village as it was more child friendly and the location suited us. The beach is to die for, simply incredible, soft and fine sand on the beach and in the sea. We later found out it is the best beach in the north side of Cyprus. Staff couldn't do enough for you, so kind, helpful, warm and polite. Sena Hanim from customer relations was great, I believe she reads people's minds, so good at understanding our needs. I don't know all he names but from the receptionist to cleaner, everyone was so nice. I congratulate the hotel management for picking such great people. The gentleman who tirelessly played gorgeous music on the piano at afternoon tea time and guitar the evenings, his love of music and sense of fun was simply contagious. Our 8 year old son had a great time too. Kids' club was closed but we didn't miss it too much thanks to the water slides and the beach. The weather was very pleasant in October. It really felt covid safe as everyone was tested. I cannot wait to go back to Kaya Artemis soon. What a gem! Thank you very much for a much needed lovely holiday.

We stayed at the Kaya for two weeks, the service from staff we received was great, very helpful and attentive to our requests.
Reading some of the reviews in relation to the holiday village rooms, was pleasantly put at ease once arrived. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. It’s slightly dated, but not really a problem, It’s not a newly built hotel after all. Beware of staying is some of the blocks behind the Limak hotel, has you can hear the disco playing into the early hours. In my opinion the best blocks to stay in are 1-4, slight walk away to the beach, pool and restaurants. But didn’t see that as an issue. The cleaners only tidy the rooms, they are not cleaned, I really feel that at least the toilet should be sanitised and cleaned on a daily basis. You also need to watch out not to get run over by a van or buggy speeding down the corridors of the holiday village. Made me feel quite uncomfortable, and nervous of children running around.
The beach is beautiful, crystal clear waters!
Great selection of food, however we got an upset stomach eating at the hotel. I would put this down to the problem with flies and the food being lukewarm.
The toilets were not very clean near the pool restaurant, the toilet roll was placed on top of the toilet cleaner handle, extremely unhygienic!
More information on kids activities would be appreciated, a couple of times a character would come out to the main restaurant and invite us out to the kids evening entertainment which was nice for the kids.
The loungers near the main pool are very uncomfortable! The adult only pool have very comfy loungers, very relaxing and chilled. The beach Loungers are also much more comfortable. You need to be up early to reserve a place, it’s very busy around the main pool and beach.
I think if the problem with flies and the cleaning were to be scaled up this would be a fantastic stay.

This place was very unexpected. We visited out of season on a cultural tour and were very pleasantly surprised at the price and the service. Food was good and the rooms were large and comfortable. Not a good choice for anyone with mobility problems as there was a long walk from many of the apartments to the dining room and bar areas, with slopes and some uneven paving but other than than great value.

This is our second visit to Kaya Artemis and we wish to come many more times. Kaya Artemis meets our all expectations from a holiday resort. Even though they have not opened all amenities like open theatre or some of the waterslides yet the animation team did their best to keep us entertained all the time with dart, beach volley, yoga and water polo. Thanks to Ahmet from animation team, we had so much fun especially in dart games. Service was also great; the staff at the restaurants, bar, pool and at the beach always ask what we would like as soon as we come or our drinks finished. Reception staff is so helpful when arranging the rooms. As we stayed with our friends and families they arranged the rooms close to each other and rooms in building 11 are highly recommended if you want to stay near the beach, restaurant and the pool. Food is amazing, there is no chance that you become hungry here. Waffle at the beach bar, cocktails at the main bar by the pool are great. Be careful, they do cocktails with strong alcohol content most of the time. I don't need to mention how amazing the sea was at this time of the year, you could even sea lion fish under the pier. We didn't want our holiday come to an end, we will be looking forward to coming back here again!

The overall esthetic picture of the hotel was amazing, we felt like we were in an ancient palace. Moreover, the sea was fantastic, clear. Maybe too hot for us (probably more than 30 degrees in August). However, the suggested quality of services in this hotel did not meet our expectations. We came with travel agency around 10am and we got our hotel room around 4pm which was expectable as there were many people coming to the same hotel with us. However, when we got to our room, we found out that it was a room prepared for 2 people, although we were 3. When I called the reception, there was a very rude lady on the phone who didn't even apologize and just asked if we want an extra bed or sofa. I asked for extra bed and 10 minutes later someone came and prepared the sofa (so why did she even ask when she actually didn't care?). Also, they never added third glass and they often forgot to give us third pair of towels. The water in the shower NEVER flew normally. It took me more than 30 minutes to shower because the waterflow was extremely weak. The same with the toilet, it was flushed on every fourth try. Also, our safety box in the hotel also did not work. We have probably got one of the worst rooms as we also were very far from the beach and the restaurant (around 400 m). The food was excellent at all times, very huge variety of meals. However, in the evening it was overcrowded and it was impossible to go sooner because of the huge amount of time spent in the shower because of the lack of water... The drinks in the mini-fridge were added every day and we also appreciated the bottles of water that were held in fridges and everyone could take as many as they wanted without the necessity to wait at the bar. We also appreciated the entertainment at night which was very special and the hotel also offers alcohol (including named brands). Overall, we enjoyed the stay but we didn't feel that the hotel should have 5 stars as the basic requirements were not fullfiled at all - mainly the Guest services and reception acted like they didn't want to help at all.
