5 Stars for a B & B might seem a little over the top, but it is worth it. Susie and Adam are a dedicated and delightful couple, and we would certainly return if we visit the area again. The bedroom - the one with the private bathroom - was excellent, particularly the very comfortable bed. The 400 year old... More

I rarely give a 5 star review but this delightful B&B really deserve it. From the warm welcome from Susie and the offer of tea and cake to our fabulously comfortable bed in a pretty and relaxed style room. Really modern touches as the powerful shower with top class toiletries and huge towels in the bathroom to the tray with... More

A delightful cottage in a village easy accessible to many places, unfortunately not en suite but with the added advantage of a private bathroom.Although just the 2 of us for breakfast it was spoiled by most of it being pre cooked all good ingredients but very dried up. Parking could be an issue, not well lit when returning in the dark... More

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you were not completely happy. Generally we do let guests know that there is no street lighting in Eckington and that there are 2 torches in the bedroom for guests to use. You stayed in the Harrowfields Suite which includes a shower and toilet room, this is an exclusive area of the... More

A one night stay in this 400 year plus old building, all clean and fresh, with lots of lovely decorative touches and nice features. Owners sooo nice and welcoming, with comfy bed and first class breakfast making the Trip Advisor 5 star rating by all reviewers fully deserved. (all B&B boxes ticked!) Nice touches we found were; nice moist sponge... More

Lovely room, hosts and breakfast (with eggs coming from their chickens). Really comfy, clean rooms and beds. Susie & Adam made us feel at home from the first moment in the door. Will definitely be back soon!

A little nest where you feel safe and secure from the moment you enter it. This beautifully decorated B&B with just one room is designed with lots of taste. Everything spotlessly clean. On arrival we enjoyed the delicious homemade cake with a nice cup of tea. The full breakfast surpassed everything we expected, homemade "müsli", fresh pineapple, free range eggs... More

Deer Park Hall recommended this place when they hosted my friends wedding. 3 miles from deer park, the location was perfect. We paid £80 for a night with a shared bathroom. This is a proper little gem of a place, hosted with genuine warmth. Susie impressed by learning and using our first names and providing us with a lovely room,... More

My Wife and I stayed at Harrowfields for 3 nights from 10 October 2014. It was a very pleasant surprise, the accommodation consisted of a self contained part of the house with bedsit and separate bathroom connected by a passage. The room and particularly the bed were very comfortable and everything one would need was at hand including a handy... More

My wife and I stayed at Harrowfields for one night in August as we attended a wedding near by. Our stay was outstanding; we were in the downstairs room, which essentially was our own private wing with nice decor, comfy bed and a beautifully fitted bathroom. Susie and Adam could not have been more helpful, we were given delicious cake... More

An absolute stunning find, from the wonderful welcome with a tray of hot drinks & homemade cake to the detailed décor in our room & bathroom. Everything thought of. The bed was so comfortable with wonderful soft pillows. The breakfast was 1st class with soft fruits from the garden & a full breakfast with real fresh eggs. Highly recommended bed... More
