This was a fantastic property with all the necessary amenities right next to a gorgeous river. The kitchen was fully equipped and the facilities were all there, plus it was lass than an hour from the major attractions. The staff were also very helpful. Only drawback was the trains which would wake me up very early but this is not the fault of the camp or its staff. Highly recommend for a beautiful and economic place to stay.

We spent 4 nights in ECO River Camp in June. The location is beautiful, just right in the middle of the forest, surrounded by mountains, and a turquoise (ice cold :) ) river. The staff and the owner is extremely kind, they helped us to find always the best places to visit. On the first day, they gave us a map about the surrounding area and showed us every important sights. The camp has perfect location, the sights were not further than 30-60 minutes from it, Bled is just 10 minutes by car. The camp is ECO friendly, the electricity is working with solar cells, they even provide a nice bio soap (amazing fragrance). The kitchen is well-equipped, you can find everything you need. In the camp you can find also a small bar where you can buy breakfast, or beverage with reasonable prices. I recommend this place to families, friends, couples, it was an amazing experience for us.

A beautiful camp site next to the longest river of Slovenia, Sava, this eco camp site offers a great escape from the crowd. Whats even better to this self sustainable campsite is horses and foals literally next to your camping area. You wake up to a great view of the alps and to the songs of the river blended with neighs of the horse family. The camp site has a bar with a fire place to enjoy the evenings and socialize. Remote, yet close to Bled. The hosts are very helpful and informative.

The Eco River Camp is a fanstastic campsite if you are looking to stay a bit outside Lake Bled. The drive there will take you about 20 minutes if you are lucky because in the summer there is quite a bit of traffic. However, there is a little village called Rodavljica which is only 5 minutes drive and has everything you need. You can also walk a little farm store where they sell cheese, salami, sausages, pastes and marmelade. The camp itself has an easy going, relaxed feeling to it. They have two showers powered by solar, two toilets each for men and women, which were very clean, a large outdoor dining area with benches. They also provide a two griddles and two, 2-burner stoves as well as pots and pans, plates and cutlery for cooking. Rex's bar is a nice little addition if you want a smoothy or coffee in the morning and in the evening Will or his wife (sorry I don't know her name) sell wine, beer (including some delicious IPA's) and sandwiches. They also start a fire in the evening if you want to sit around, listen to music and have a chat. There are no laundry facilities but they can arrange to have it done for you although it costs 5€ per kilo. The campingsites are first come first serve but it wasn't very full so we had the perfect little spot directly at the river. They also have tents and small bungalows to rent but I didn't go inside them. Clean, friendly, quite, romantic and a bit out of the center. Eco River Camp is a nice place to stay.
