Our room was really big and very comfortable, with a nicely decorated en suite bathroom and plenty of hot water for baths. The owners were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best I have had when staying anywhere. The value for money for our whole family to stay was fantastic. I loved the dining room and... More

There were 2 adults, our 10 year old daughter and large dog George. We arrived in West Lulworth after a long day walking at around 5.30 - had supper at The Castle pub which is dog friendly and does basic but good pub grub - then walked a further 10 minutes out of town to the B & B. Very... More

We stayed for 1 night with our two girls and our dog. We stayed in a lovely attic room that was clean and comfortable with biscuits and hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee. Your given your own key so you can come home when you want. Even when I locked myself out of the house at 7am and... More

We stayed at Burngate Farm for 3 nights in March 2016. The room was big with an en-suite bathroom, and views towards the front of the house. The room was warm, as was the living room with its fireplace, and the dining area. There is tea and coffee if you wish to have a warm brew after a long walk.... More

Stayed 4 nights. late 2015. Shower was hopeless very small spray and no power, had to fill the bath each day. Total lack of hooks on doors, including bedroom and bathroom, ended up with clothes on the floor. Lack of 13amp sockets. Very small screen tv and a long way from the bed (forgot to bring our binoculars). Toilet didn't... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with our excitable dog and couldn't have been more impressed. The room was comfortable and clean; bathroom had a large walk in shower which makes all the difference to my 6ft4 husband! The outdoor pool was perfect after a day out running the Jurassic coast and the breakfast was cooked to order and fresh. Situated... More

Reading through the reviews it seems as though you could flip a penny to see what kind of stay you will receive. Unfortunately we got the wrong side of the coin and a friendly welcome was far from what we received - we were swiftly shown the front room, breakfast room and then abandoned in our room; almost felt as... This is a superb, restful, homely, old country farmhouse B and B. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Lovely to cat too. Breakfast was lovely and very filling. David cooks a beautiful breakfast. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

I stayed here with my boyfriend in February. The farm is very lovely and the double room we stayed in was classically decorated and had a lovely bathtub. Breakfast was fantastic and David even drove us to the train station and picked us up! It's a little bit of a walk from the Durdle Door and the town but it... More
