The hotel is a bit outdated but ok.

Not really. A good few steps outside leading to front doors, then more steps up to lift. My elderly mother has mobility problems, though not a wheelchair user and did not fare well in the hotel. There are some steps near to reception which did not have handrails. I seem to remember there might have been another lift at ground level - not sure. But certainly there was no ramp leading up to entrance.
