Urlaub in der Ortschaft des schiefen Turms von Barbian! Auch die kleine Ortschaft Barbian im Eisacktal hat einen schiefen Turm - Kirchturm um genau zu sein! In unmittelbarer Nähe dazu, direkt im Ortszentrum von Barbian, befindet sich der Gasthof Lamm. Erstmals erwähnt wurde unser Gasthof bereits im Jahre 1380. Wir, Familie Trockner, führen das Haus nun in dritter Generation. Das Bestreben blieb über die Generationen hinweg das Gleiche, der Gast soll sich bei uns wohlfühlen. Hier bei uns werden Sie mit Südtiroler Gerichten verwöhnt, welche vom Chef persönlich, vorrangig mit regionalen Produkten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet werden. In unseren gemütlich eingerichteten Zimmern sollen sich unsere Gäste im Urlaub wie zuhause fühlen.

We had a great stay at Hotel Villa Kastelruth. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help me coordinate a surprise for him. The food was also very delicious.
In the morning a free breakfast buffet is provided with your choice of scrambled or fried eggs, bacon or sausage, cooked to order.
Traditional small hotel in town centre. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms small and quirky with traditional furnishings and very very clean. Breakfast lovely food and cosy atmosphere.

Kleines, gemütliches, zentral gelegenes Gasthaus. Es werden frische, hausgemachte Kuchen serviert. Ist für einen kleinen Zwischenstopp eine gute Adresse. Man kann draußen au der kleinwn Terasse gut sitzen.

Siamo capitati qui per caso, dopo aver visitato le stupende cascate. Se vi piace il Gulash, qui potete gustare la zuppa migliore che io abbia mai assaggiato, un uso delle erbe officinali maestrale, insieme a piccoli pezzi di carne e verdure. Il panefocaccia fatto in casa chiude il quadro montano. Anche lo speck e formaggio che ha mangiato mia figlia sono un eccellenza del territorio. Per finire uno strudel leggero come una farfalla....una raritá. Non aspettatevi un ristorante di lusso e con menú importante, qui si gustano I veri sapori locali.

Der Gasthof Lamm liegt im Herzen von Barbian. Wir waren dort zum Kaffee am Nachmittag. Die Kuchen und Strudel schmeckten ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung und der Empfang waren sehr herzlich. Leider ist die Terrasse etwas klein. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

Jedes Jahr kommen wir nach Südtirol um eine Woche lang Motorradtouren zu machen, dazu sind die 2 riesigen!!! (passen denke ich 8-10 Autos rein) Doppelgaragen perfekt um unsere Bikes unterzustellen, man kommt von Barbian aus überall gut und schnell an die Pässe, wo es viele Kurven zum fahren gibt. Die Besitzer vom Gasthof Lamm sind sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, inklusive reichhaltigem Frühstück und Abendessen, außerdem gibt es hier WLAN, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Würde das Gasthof an Freunde empfehlen.
