For the past few years, I have stayed in a mobile home in various campsites with my two girls. This site was by far my favourite as it has everything to keep children and adults equally entertained.
The pool is not the largest but the slides are good and that's all that matters to children! The kids club was great, with really varied activities and, generally, the entertainment team made our stay. The program of activities is the best I have seen, with some fitness classes thrown in. The evening entertainment is also varied and of decent quality.
The mezzanine mobile homes are good for large families (I was staying with my sister and her two children this time so we needed the extra space) and the pitches are a good size.
We will definitely come back as we had a great time!

Great, friendly staff, nearly all of who can speak English. There is so much to do on the site, with an extensive programme of activities throughout the day and into the evening. The outdoor pool is great for babies and the kids with slides and water features. 27 degrees outdoors 30 indoors. We expected the pools to be cold, so this was welcome. The restaurant food is decent and what you’d expect from a campsite, but a bit pricey, but so are most places in France. Burger, chips, prawn salad, 2 deserts, aperol spritz and a large leffe was €60. Pizza chips and a goats cheese salad was €24. The majority of placements are chalets, but we booked a serviced pitch for a caravan, £150 for the week, which is a lot cheaper than England these days. The shower block and washing up facilities are well kept, clean, and there are plenty of them. The rubbish and recycling bins are outside of the site over the road which is a bit inconvenient but in a way it’s good as it keeps away flies etc. there’s also a couple of goats on site, tennis courts, a baby play room, kids clubs, bikes and karts for hire. Kids absolutely loved it. Regarding previous reviews of non English speaking entertainment, this didn’t seem to affect any of the English speaking families or kids who were staying this week. They all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Also worth buying your tickets for local attractions (zoo, castles etc) from reception on site - they’re slightly discounted and saves you queuing to buy tickets once you get there. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed in one of the Yelloh premium caravans with air conditioning. By paying a little extra we were able to choose pitch 609 which meant that we were on the outskirts of the campsite which was probably one of the quieter locations.

We were very grateful to Yelloh as this booking had been made for a previous year and we had been able to move it to this year without any problems.

The kids enjoyed the pools and slides on site and the inflatable waterslide was an extra bonus which we weren't expecting.

We didn't really get involved in kids club and the entertainment as our kids weren't bothered but we did enjoy using the table tennis tables (take your own bats etc).

We were very pleased with the quality of our caravan.

The location needed a car but we soon got used to the drive to do day trips out. Zoo de Beauval was less than an hour's drive and was a very good, full day out.

With my wife and two children, I enjoyed 7 nights on this excellent campsite. We stayed in a premier cabin with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom for my wife and I. It was well kitted-out and very clean. We were lucky with the quiet location of our cabin on the edge of the site. The staff at the campsite were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They should all be commended for their efforts, especially those running the kids' club which we didn't use, but did observe around the pool and entertainment area. They must be exhausted as they put so much effort and enthusiasim into their work! The pool and other amenities were great. We used the on site restaurant/cafe twice, and were very pleased with our meals. The entertainment was good too. The location of the campsite is ideal for exploring the Loire (we hired bikes and cycled to Chaumont-sur-Loire), for visiting chateaux (we visited Amboise, Chenonceau and Chambord), and for embarking on a day trip or two to Paris (a couple of hours to Gare Montparnasse and straight up the Montparnasse Tower for great views). I would thoroughly recommend this small, but perhaps perfectly formed campsite!

We stayed here 3 years ago with two other families. We loved it. It was very friendly and reasonable. We have been on 9 different Yelloh holidays in the last 5 years and overall they have been great. But over the last two years we have noticed significant changes and not for the better. At this site the prices for the activities are all wrong. They add an extra euro onto most advertised prices. A large portion of chips is 8 and a half euros! And all, yes all activities are run completely in French. No translation of anything. Our French is quite good but not the children's. Kids Club, no English is used. Is that fair for an 8 and 10 year old? It just made them not want to go. The evening entertainment is just as inhospitable due to a total lack of allowance for any non fluent French speakers. If Yelloh want a purely French speaking clientelle then why market to the British Market at all? Reception staff are abrupt, Animation staff are not great. However the accommodation is lovely and the shop and bar staff try hard. Maybe, with all that said, it may be time for us to start looking at Eurocamp where I believe more effort is made to be just a little more accepting and bilingual with their cross channel customers.

Stayed here overnight and was expecting a really lovely overnight stay after the pictures on the website and the reviews. Having come from a stunning Yelloh site Le Brasilia staying here overnight on the way home was a shocking contrast. The site feels run down and basic. The pool is tiny and felt grubby, the bar and restaurant area tired and messy, limited menu choices lots of food with chips basically. Sadly not the overnight relaxing beautiful stay we were hoping for. The pictures are very misleading. Go to Le Brasilia instead it truly is a stunning and genuine top notch five star yelloh park this one sadly is not. The staff were friendly but the site is not one I would recommend.

Can’t rate this site highly enough! Fabulous place, entertainment was generally great in the evenings (except for the magician). The pool was great, we visited during the French holidays and the kids club was a superb bonus for us: 2 sessions per day plus an extended session all day on a Wednesday. The climbing wall on a Thursday was a welcome addition too and the local market that visited.

Staff all lovely, entertainment crew absolutely superb with a special mention to Axel, Noah and Jennifer!

The shop was reasonably priced and had everything we needed.

Would not hesitate in recommending this site, perfect for a safe, relaxing break.

Really nice campsite. Our kids loved the place. Fun couple of slides in the outdoor pool which went down a storm with kids. Indoor pool heated to a lovely temp. We were camping in our tent and the toilet facilities were exceptionally clean. Pitches were decent sized. Could have done with bit more shade as was during a massive heat wave, but can pre select pitches with more shade in advance which we didn’t do to be fair.

Only thing that let the place down was the takeaway/ restaurant. They offered literally nothing for our Coeliac daughters gluten free needs, so that was incredibly disappointing. But to be fair it’s a similar story across the whole of france. They appear to be in the dark ages when it comes to dietary requirements everywhere. We have travelled quite extensively now in France and only a handful of places appear to be able to accommodate. Even the supermarkets are bitterly disappointing when it comes to gluten free options. SORT IT OUT FRANCE!!!😛. Rant over😅Anyway, I know for the vast majority this will make no odds and overall we still had a great few nights in the campsite.

Came here thinking we would have entertainment during the evening only to find out even the kids club is closed. Was really busy last week when it was filled with French campers. But this week literally a ghost town mainly English campers and no entertainment what’s so ever. Really disappointed as booked This site mainly due to the fact they offered evening entertainment. Lovely site but disappointed that you need to come to the park with your own sound bar. Besides that pool area lovely but you can get that at any camping site as most French sites offer good pool facilities

A site we have been to many many times continues to impress
Great for kids, good spacious pitches and good value.
The staff are wonderfully efficient, helpful and polite and go the extra mile to help.
Good improvements to the restaurant and sensibly priced drinks at the bar. Bar staff also worthy of a note of appreciation.
My daughter and family are already planning to return next year

It's something I noticed, no toilet seats in public toilets. Even restaurants didn't have them.

"Contact the Campsite before booking your holiday to ensure you get a good pitch. There are a few bad ones but most are good, however, in high season everyone needs to go somewhere and you may get the short straw!!"

"Simply ask what equipment is supplied. There are sunny plots ,shady plots and dense wooded plots. Stipulate which you prefer. No plots are really near enough to bar/ restaurant, kids play areas etc to be a problem with noise, although it was a very quiet week or so when we were there."
