We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Majahuitas, we've been plotting a return trip... The staff is so friendly and accomodating, the location is absolutely gorgeous, food was delicious - even with dietary restrictions, and the views can't be beat! It's not for everyone though, it is very relaxed, and a bit rustic - which made it all that much... More

This is one if the most unique resorts I have ever visited. You feel as if time stopped and you are on your own private island. Thee snorkeling and beach are amazing, the staff are like your friends and the food is better than that of a 5 star hotel..but authentic.... This is a hidden gem ......

What a treat! This is just what I needed- the sound of crashing waves, no wifi and some of the most delicious food. So much fresh seafood and fresh squeezed juices, a fresh coconut after paddle boarding on the clear and clean beach. Thank you for existing and for your hospitality. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating.

We stayed here for four nights in April 2016 for our honeymoon. The place was amazing from the moment we got there we felt relaxed. You are able to do as much or as little as you want. And we chose to do little. We sat on the beach, kayaked and paddle boarded in the lagoon and napped in the... More

We had an extremely relaxing 8 nights- trip was to celebrate a big birthday, the reviews on TA are generally spot on- this resort has no electricity in the rooms and all casitas have no 4th wall - instead its open to the wonderful ocean view. My wife and I are outdoor people so this did not concern us -... More

What a wonderful part of the world. My husband and I were lucky to have found this place! We love traveling and wanted to get that feeling even though we only had 5 days. This place did just that. It is the perfect combination of vacationing & traveling and those that know the difference get what I mean. You are... More

After spending a month close to the malacon, I was looking for a total change before leaving for the States. I read about Majahuitas on T.A. and was able to make a reservation for the day. We were picked up in Boca at the assigned time for a 20 min. Boat ride to the resort. Our hosts Alex and Danielle... More

What is not to love about Majahuitas Resort? The beach, the casitas, the best food, the wonderful folks that work there, the wonderful people from all over the world that you will meet there, the massage and just being able to relax and not have a care in the world! Coffee and/or tea will be delivered to your room every... More

This is a great place to relax on the beach or play in the ocean and even has a lot of different animals including hermit crabs, dogs, birds (that sometimes wake you up), and even more. The food is great too with a lot of different tastes. You even can get coffee and/or hot chocolate delivered to your casita (little... More

This is 100% the vacation I have dreamed of my entire life. it was all about relaxing and doing as much or as little as I wanted to do each day. They have excursions you can go on, an amazing masseuse, snorkeling, kayaking, and so much more. To top it off, this secluded location eliminates the need to get up... More
