Stayed here for a Saturday night with a couple of friends on the dinner, bed & breakfast option. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant nicely appointed. Bedrooms plenty big enough but a bit short on storage space and no view as on the ground floor looking on to the car park. The decor was a little tired too,... More

Four of us stayed here for two nights on a Travelzoo special. We were a bit apprehensive as it was such an amazing deal. Needn't have worried as we had a great time. The staff were lovely & the breakfasts & dinners were delicious. In the evening we sat in the comfy bar & had drinks. Our rooms were at... More

Called here today for lunch and was extremely disappointed. My husband had a burger (which was good) and pecan pie which was dry and not really what one would consider a pecan pie. I had 2 courses off the lunch menu (£15 for 2 courses) I had pan fried chicken, mash and cabbage with a red wine jus. The chicken... More

Always a good idea to complain at the time if you are not happy with a particular dish - we will be delighted to offer an alternative rather than have a disappointed customer. The chicken dish has proved popular and generally dining feedback has been very positive, hence our Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor - but we are always willing... More

Stayed in this Hotel on a Travelzoo special offer. What an amazing offer from Travelzoo and a fabulous Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the double room (25) on the ground floor was small but more than adequate and very clean, not much tea or coffee facilities in the room but you could ask for more. The little... More

Lovely old pub, cosy bar, nice busy restaurant and big comfy beds. The staff are great and lots to see and do nearby. Don't miss Blenheim Palace even if, like us, you have been before. What more could you want? Thanks very much.

We stopped at this lovely hotel for a quick lunch. We had a very warm welcome from the staff. There was real local atmosphere in an attractively restored pub. Great food served quickly. Overall great value. We will certainly return.

Stayed here for two nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast break which also included free entrance to a local attraction - we chose Blenheim Palace. Our room was bright and clean, just about enough space but bathroom door did open out into the room which did take up a lot of space. We particularly enjoyed the evening meals in... More

This was our second visit for an evening meal, we found the staff extremely helpful and friendly without being intrusive. We all found the food very good , the sea trout was delicious ,although the meal itself wasn't huge.Friends who had the fish and chips were more than pleased with their food the chips being very good.We enjoyed the puddings,... I stayed here on business for three nights and was very impressed when I arrived. Set in a lovely village with plenty of amenities and pubs/eateries and looked to be very popular with couples and cyclists enjoying a drink in the sunshine out the front. I was in one of the four poster rooms, looked lovely but very very warm!... More

We found the Deddington Arms a smart, modern hotel, but the price of the room was very expensive for what you got. Small room but comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the evening meal was delicious. The Chef was very friendly and happy.
