saWe were delighted to be upgraded on our arrival, we had a large room with balcony and lovely views. The ladies came in to clean our room everyday, and were very friendly. The hotel staff, will assist you with anything you need, and are on hand to advise you and to assist you to book your trips. The hotel is...

Amazing. Me and my boyfriend stayed for 4 nights and we WILL be returning. Shaun was very helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The greyline service was brilliant for both airport transfers and all of the trips (Blue lagoon and the golden circle are a must). Due to the hotel being just outside of the city centre a...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in January. We could not fault the hotel at all, it was amazing. We asked for a mountain view when we booked the room and the views were incredible! The room was lovely and clean and very warm after being outside in -8. It was the perfect location, about a 15min drive...

Friendly staff, basic hotel, clean and tidy. Very helpful given BA had lost our luggage! Food nearby limited but small supermarket was useful. Great car parking (free!) and much easier for our first night than finding our way into Reykjavik given we were heading North. Breakfast was not the "Full English" some people expect (why would it be - we...

Stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 daughters over New Year. The hotel was clean, comfortable and warm. The staff were extremely helpful, going out of their way to book a transfer back from a trip we had booked without transfer and giving us directions and information on local restaurants and a bonfire for New Year. What really...

I did not have any other option when booking this hotel - it was a last minute booking and the reviews seemed reasonably good. It is a very basic hotel - I found the decor outdated but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was helpful. It has no facility apart from the little restaurant which...

Everything we wanted in a hotel. It was15 mins out of town but there are busses regularly if you want to explore Reykjavik, decent (if simple) continental spread for breakfast which was nice. Nice pub feel inside for a beer when you get in. Staff are incredible, came to tell us the lights were dancing and we were fortunate enough...

We stayed for a week from the 16th December, room was lovely, but sometimes there was a funny smell (think maybe it was the cleaning product/something in the bathroom) The room could have been cleaned more frequently though. The staff were amazing, especially NuNu! Excursions pick you up from the hotel and the bus is easy to get into Reykjavik...

Visited with family ( my wife and 2 sons). Lovely hotel. Just outside Reykjavik. Had a family room - it is massive - had a private balcony as well ( though too cold to enjoy that in the summer). 30 mins by bus no 15 from city centre. Bus stops just in front of hotel (frequency ranging from 15 -...
