Our hosts Chris and Steve are truly the nicest people ever. Our three year old loved the cat and chickens. The views are incredible over the north Devon countryside. It's quiet, unspoilt and...

If your looking to stay somewhere in the Barnstable area Prospect House is a perfect place to stay. We were welcomed with a cup of tea and homemade cake. Great spotless room overlooking farmland, the breakfast was to die for. We will stay there next time we go to that area.

Thorougly enjoyed our stay in this excellent B & B. Beautifully furnished bedroom and spacious ensuite with top quality linen and soft furnishings to ensure a great nights sleep. Delicilous breakfast served with home made jams and marmalade. Lovely host and hostess, we enjoyed our chats and the company of puss.

I think this must be the best b&b I have stayed in. The room was luxurious, with stunning countryside views and an absolutely massive en-suite bathroom. Everything was pristine, the carpets thick and lovely to walk on barefoot, and the bathroom stocked with shampoo/bath essence etc. Lots of thought has obviously gone into making the visitor's stay as welcoming and...
