Such a lovely hotel and right at the park! We enjoyed having our window open to hear the music from the park. The combini on the bottom floor is great for inexpensive snacks and breakfast items and the bath was incredible. Perfect for a long soak after a busy day at the park! The service was delightful and everyone took great care of us. The amenities are of wonderful quality too. Keep an eye out for hidden Mickeys!
This hotel had so much to offer. Great views of the parks, beautiful rooms. Solid service. Easy walking access to Disneyland Ikspiari, and the monorail line. Not a single bad thing to say here other than the beds were pretty hard. Other than that, we had a great time walking the grounds and being soo close to the Disneyland gate is awesome. Unlike the "close" hotels at Disneyland and Disney World, this one truly is a three-minute walk to the gates of Disneyland. That can't be beat, except by the Mira Costa!. Highly recommend this hotel for those that can budget it. It has some of the best theming of any Disney hotel anywhere.
Booking the hotel was easy and a good level of English was experienced. Check in was quite confusing and very busy, we had to wait quite a while in the lobby before we got to our room. Once in the room it was very large clean and Disney themed. TV was ok. The hotel was a bit lacking in western type food items. We only stayed one night but I would advise staying 2 nights.
This was our first hotel stay in Japan. We got in to the hotel to check in a little after 8pm and the check in line was fairly short. Every person who assisted us was incredibly polite and nice. There was only one time there was a bit of a language barrier, but the young lady was so sweet and nice and tried her best to communicate to me and I really appreciated it. We stayed two nights and I wished I could have stayed longer. Also, the breakfast buffet downstairs, while pricey was well worth it as there was so much good food and wonderful beverages. There is a gift shop downstairs as well where I made my first disney purchases, and the workers there were lovely as well. I would love to come back and stay here again some day.
We stayed for 2 nights at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel and I felt like I was staying with the Clooneys at Lake Como. It's very special. We had an alcove balcony room on the 8th floor and it was right in the center looking over the park with the beautiful Castle in the front. People would wave when we stood on the balcony. I felt like The Queen. Staying on the 8th gave us special privileges to a gorgeous room on the 3rd floor which had complimentary drinks and snacks all day. We also did the check-in and checkout procedure through this room and the girls who worked there were so lovely. Our room was beautiful. The amenities act as gifts and the nightly turn down service is wonderful. We had towels folded into Disney shapes and bathbombs and products left for us to use. There is a great convenience store on the ground floor selling lots of drinks and meals as well as a disney store if the ones at the park are too crowded. Go for a walk and look at the grounds - the gardens are gorgeous. Also use the luggage storage if you are leaving late. We checked out and stored our bags for the afternoon to go to the park. We came back to use the bus service to take us to the airport. It is $20 AUD per person on a really nice coach and the whole procedure was seamless. The staff at the hotel are so kind and friendly. It was very special. Thank you Tokyo Disneyland Hotel.…
