Hilton Tokyo Odaiba stands out for its inviting atmosphere, with a welcoming lobby and tastefully appointed rooms that many guests adore. The hotel's location on Tokyo Bay offers serene views, close to attractions, which is a significant draw. While the value for money receives mixed reviews, with some concerns over additional costs and meal prices, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms receive high praise. Service is generally regarded as professional, though there are occasional language barriers. Amenities are well-regarded, though the executive lounge can experience overcrowding.

I booked a King Terrace Suite and I’ll immediately say it was the best hotel room I’ve booked. That actually is saying something as I’ve stayed at the likes of the Conrad, Ritz Carlton, and Bulgari in Tokyo. The room itself is on par with the standard suite you might find at the Conrad. What really pushes it over the top is the private terrace with whirlpool. I was also lucky enough to get the room on the top floor so I enjoyed a hot bath with an amazing view of Tokyo bay and city every single night of my stay. The room was on the western side of the building and I was able to see as far south as the Haneda airport area, Shinagawa to the north of that, and as far north as Tokyo Tower. I had to show off to some of my local friends. Housekeeping did an amazing job as they always perfectly timed service after I left for breakfast and would be done long before I returned. On arrival I noted that the lobby is much nicer than the one at the Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku. I also noticed some complimentary snacks and drinks that were regularly set out for guests. As the executive lounge was included with the room I partook on most days. Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the machine that freshly squeezed juice as well as the fondue. Afternoon tea featured sweets with an interesting self serve pancake machine. Evening cocktails featured a nice selection of drinks and enough food to make a light meal of. The hotel is located in Odaiba right next to the Yurikamome line. The Rinkai line is also in the neighborhood but honestly if you’re taking the train try to take the Yurikamome as it’s much closer. The closest convenience store is a Lawson across the station by the Grand Nikko Odaiba. There’s also a few malls in the area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Northeast of the “Statue of Liberty” is a port with a ferry to take you to Asakusa if that tickles your fancy. The Hilton Tokyo Odaiba occupies a pretty happy middle ground of cost and convenience. The Conrad and Hilton Tokyo are much more centrally located but tend to be more expensive. The Hilton Tokyo Bay and Yokohama are much more affordable but the distance is honestly too much for a daily commute to central Tokyo in my opinion. With a good rate I would absolutely not hesitate to stay in Odaiba again, most especially if I can get the same room again.

Hotel's Favorite
This was the best hotel stay in our two weeks in Japan. It's a short walk from the Daiba station using the Yurikamome monorail. It's a short walk to Aqua City Mall, Diver City Mall and Decks Tokyo Beach. The staff all understood English and spoke English well enough for us to understand. All of them were very friendly. They gave my daughter her own child size hotel slippers. How cute! We had a great view of Tokyo Bay and Rainbow Bridge from our room. The beds were comfortable. We were there on Jan. 1st and felt the earthquake there. The building swayed but we still felt safe. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Odaiba.

Clean hotel. Good beds. Friendly staff. Good amenities. Atm. Close to metro and shopping mall. Fuji building! Not close to City Center. Breakfast buffet okay. The swimming pool is not with the hotel. Expensive hotel restaurant but many good restaurants in the closeby shopping mall. Basically if you want to see the city center of Tokyo you will be better off with a hotel in the center because of the travelling time.

Hi Stayed here for one friday night after leaving the Conrad ( this hilton was half the price of the Conrad) before a morning flight from Haneda. Took the Yurikamome line from Shiodome ( outside the conrad ) to Daiba ( 2 min walk to the hotel). As a HH Diamond was invited to check in at the Executive lounge ( also has a balcony with great views). Executive lounge had afternoon snacks and ice cream Rooms are very good with a wetroom ( bath and shower). Room had a balcony with fantastic views of Rainbow bridge and Tokyo tower ( and could see the Tokyo skytree) Bedside panel controlled the lights and had a clock /alarm clock Good for exploring Daiba although may be more inconvenient to explore tokyo Got a voucher for the swimming pool. outside hot tub also was beautiful at night with the Rainbow bridge/Tokyo tower view Evening snacks in the executive lounge was very good with one of the best range of alcohol at hiltons that I have experienced There is a Lawson convenience store just outside the Grand Nikko Hotel. Did not have breakfast as I left at 550am but several taxis were waiting outside. Used express check out

Great location overlooking Tokyo bay and the rainbow bridge. This is the perfect spot to base your stay in Tokyo if you prefer to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city, as this hotel is right next to some lovely walk tracks along the water and through nearby park areas. It is also conveniently located next to the Daiba Stn on the yurikamome line, and within 100 metres of the Aqua City shopping mall and a couple of mins walk from the Diver city mall and the big Gundam statue. The lobby of the hotel had the typical Hilton vibe, but a nice added touch was the wine and snack area where you could pour yourself a glass of wine or grab a snack. I did think there was quite a noticeable difference to other hiltons though in that there were no staff at the door entrances to welcome you or open the doors. My actual hotel room was large, clean and well appointed with a balcony overlooking the bay. The bathroom was huge, with both a bath and shower and a great array of toiletries. The bed was comfy with perfect pillows! The breakfast buffet in the main restaurant had a huge variety of both western and Asian style foods. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient and the buffet area seemed quite well organised, considering how busy it was. By contrast, breakfast in the executive lounge was a very basic affair, with not even any cutlery on the tables and no staff to welcome you into the restaurant, but it was quiet and peaceful. The selection of food was only a fraction of what was available in the main restaurant, however it certainly had plenty of choices so you could enjoy a quiet breakfast. If you want a quieter place to base yourself for a leisure trip to Tokyo then the Hilton at Odaiba is a good choice.

It was the 2nd time we stayed at Odaiba , last time it was 2018 at the other hotel and in 2024 we stayed at Hilton Odaiba. Being Hilton Honors Gold Member entitled us to get a free room upgrade and complimentary daily breakfast. We stayed at King Deluxe Room with a great view from the balcony. The room is spacious compared to hotel rooms in downtown Tokyo. Bathroom amenities use Crabtree & Evelyn brand. The Digital Key is very convenient and easy to use (you have to be a member of the Hilton Honors to use this feature and being a member is free). The Digital Key can unlock our room, elevator and access to hotel facilities such as gym and pool. No need to tap your room keycard anymore 🙂. Daily complimentary snacks and sparkling wine are provided at the lobby. The snacks include rice crackers, Kit Kat, popcorns, Japanese sweets, small boxes juice, etc. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Gym equipment uses Techno Gym brand. The gym is good and very clean. The location is next to Odaiba Metro Station, which is very convenient. There are 3 malls near the hotel : Aquacity (the nearest), Decks (Joypolis) and Diver City (with the giant Gundam robot). You can find inside those malls : Onitsuka Tiger, Bic Camera , Uniqlo, GU, small Donquijote, Daiso. The power plugs inside the room don't use the international power plug. The hotel only provides 1 pc of the international power plug per room. Overall , we are very satisfied and happy with Hilton Odaiba.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was good with many international options and a hot station for your choice of egg dishes. I was also here in 2019 and though some common areas are showing their age, the hotel upkeep is still kept quite good. One star off for the overall lack of employees that did not or would not speak English. This was the second country on an international trip including two cities in India where we found the staff members to be quite fluent. If I was at a “locally” branded hotel I wouldn’t be so surprised. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the Hilton Odaiba on an Amex points redemption as an Honors Silver and was accommodated in a King standard room as booked. The corridors in this hotel are long, especially in in the rooms in the rear that face the bay. I enjoyed the views (albeit not rainbow bridge) from my room which was furnished with the usual Hilton brand standard amenities. While the hard product was showing its age, I appreciated the warm service at check-in and also the surprise-and-delight treats in the lobby to celebrate the holidays and to provide guests waiting in line snacks. Of the various international chain hotels, the Hilton Odaiba has an excellent value proposition given its lower price. While Odaiba is slightly out of the way, the connectivity to Shimbashi enabled easy access to other destinations. The nearby mall is also a convenient option to explore. With the right expectations, the Hilton Odaiba will provide a good stay. This is more a convention hotel than a boutique hotel, and guests should plan accordingly.

Bad experience… very bad sleep quality..the room too warm.. we could not sleep at night it’s too hot , we called the front desk for that and they send some one to check and he admits that is very warm in her he tried to fix the air condition but with no lack so he advise us to pack our staff to move to another room while he will he and check with front dest for availability .. after we packed our bags he called us and he said all rooms are set to this temperature so there is no reason to move to another room. I was really upset that we already packed our staff and we were delayed from our plans and in the end they did not solve our issue. in the end they advise us to open the window to get the room cool, but it was basically advice , it’s very noisy out side. It was the worst 3 nights in hilton i ever experienced. Besides my bad experience, the hotel is very old but clean .. great location.. has free shuttle for Disney .. next to malls and restaurants . metro 2-5 min walking. Food very expensive in the hotel and in the room service. Size room is ok compared with other hotels in Tokyo. Very old fashion hotel. I was really disappointed.. sorry Hilton

Stayed at this hotel during my layover flight from Japan. The location from Haneda airport is amazing plus the rooms are the largest in Tokyo. As a Diamond member, free breakfast and access to the executive lounge offered which is a big plus definitely returning in the near future. Service was outstanding and the staff was very accommodating. The bathrooms are very spacious and I had both a shower and bath option in my bathroom.
