Very nice hotel. Will definitely stay here again. The staff was super friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. The hotels several dining options was a nice surprise. It was the first time I had the option to use the online check-in with the digital key app. It was smooth and seamless which I really enjoyed.

We stayed at the Tokyo Hilton in Shinjuku for 4 nights in March 2020, (note I had to select May 2020 as it was the earliest selection available for this review), during the first part of our 6 weeks in Japan and Taiwan - and loved every minute of our visit. It is centrally located in a very clean and modern part of Tokyo, and just a few minutes walk to the Main Shinjuku train station. The Staff was top-notch - gracious and very helpful throughout our stay, making reservations at restaurants, providing helpful information about where to go and what to see, as well as just being delightful in their greeting whenever we interacted with them. Our junior suite was beautiful with an inspiring view of Shinjuku. We would stay again in a heartbeat, whenever we visit Tokyo - highly recommended.

The only downside was that our room got a bit hot... but the hotel loaned us a fan that kept us cool at night. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus that runs from Shinjuku station to the hotel. There is also a subway stop at the hotel as well! Talk about convenient! Finding the shuttle bus the first time is a little challenging. It might be easier to take a taxi from Shinjuku to the hotel the first time... or take the Airport bus directly to the Hilton. Another thing to remember is that the shuttle bus has limited room for luggage. The Shinjuku area of Tokyo is a fun area. Closer to the station there is tons of great shopping, hundreds of restaurants, and more.

The hotel is in a great location for getting around Tokyo. I had a business meeting so I went to the hotel early to drop off my bag but was told at the front desk that since the room was ready that I could check-in early. It was a pleasant surprise since that is something I have never experienced at a hotel in Tokyo. Most hotels stick to the strict 3pm check-in policy which can create lines and waits to get checked in. Being a Hilton Honors member I was also upgraded to the Executive floor so was able to use the lounge in the evening for cocktail hour. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Anything I needed was delivered promptly and all of the staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. I will definitely be coming back with my family and hopefully we can enjoy more of the dining options once the Covid situation in Tokyo settles down a bit. Would definitely recommend!

We were told about how small Tokyo hotel rooms are but was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room we got. It was much bigger than the hotel rooms we got in some other cities for the same price. Also, it's in a nice area for tourists.
