We were told about how small Tokyo hotel rooms are but was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room we got. It was much bigger than the hotel rooms we got in some other cities for the same price. Also, it's in a nice area for tourists.

Hotel is purely business hotel where you can see all the events/seminar everyday. The square restaurant on the lobby floor is always crowded as it is all-day-dining restaurant so i saw that restaurant always full in every meal. Room has a nice view where you can see a night of Tokyo from the room. Room comes with full amenities set up as well us yukata in the room. Ice machine is available in every floor. The shuttle from Airport Limousine is available. If you have ticket already just contact staff to confirm departure time but if you don’t have ticket, you also can buy from staff and sign to your room. Departure from hotel to Narita airport is approximately 1.45 hour - 2 hours so better to contact staff to ensure about departure time. If you take metro can get off either Nishi-shinjuku station or Tocho-Mae station. There is adjacent exit between metro and hotel.

The hotel is in a central location closed to Shinjuku. Though the nearest subway station is actually Nishi-Shinjuku station. There is also an underground walkway linked directly between the hotel and the station which is great for arriving late at night. As a diamond member, we were greeted with the complimentary welcome drink vouchers redeemable at many venues in the hotel. I chose to enjoy it at St. George's Bar which is a English-styled pub with nice atmosphere. We stayed in the deluxe room. No upgrade since they’re all booked. Despite being a little bit old, the room was in good condition. The executive lounge is, however, quite small and tends to get very crowded in the evening. Anyway, all the lounge staffs were very nice and accommodating. All in all an it was an enjoyable stay.

I love staying at Hilton Tokyo! The staff was kind, fast, and they were there to help you with anything you need. The hotel also paid a lot of attention to hygiene, which is very important for me especially these days with what happened in the world. Thank you Hilton Tokyo for the good experience.

Good place to stay and sleep after a long day of walking and roaming. But not really a place to relax. Over crowded and too much going on. Point taken that they are a busy hotel and understandable. But just not my preference.
