Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.

We had a fine experience during our three-day stay. It is a very busy hotel but the staff is top-notch and very focused on providing excellent service. The location is great -- between two subway stations, not far from Shinjuku rail Station (busiest in the world), in a area with many dining choices, and connected via a shuttle bus to the Shinjuku shopping district. Our room was on a high floor with a terrific view. The room decor is Japanese minimalist modern. Only downsides: very crowded restaurants, pricey room rate.

Okay, it is pricey but this is Tokyo and you get what you pay for. As gold members we were upgraded to a lovely room with executive lounge access. The room had a Japanese feel, with a lovely bathroom with Shoji screens and Yukata to wear. The lounge just reopened and had a lovely view of Fuji San our first visit. Complimentary champagne, hot dishes made a lovely happy hour. Truly enough for dinner, but Tokyo is waiting. They also had a nice afternoon tea with scones. Loved the hot milk for tea. And breakfast there was much nicer than the large buffet with wonderful pastries and cheeses. But most of all it is the service that elevates this hotel. The complimentary shuttle to Shinjuku station runs three times an hour. We had experienced an issue enroute to the hotel and the way it was handled was exemplary. Monica on checkin and the on duty manager completely looked after us. Later we met Yoshi who was outstanding in making arrangements for us. They made our stay truly special. Thank you!

The check-in service was good, no need to wait too long. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was good enough but the choices were limited. Same type of food everyday. The room was clean and comfortable. The space is larger than many hotels in Tokyo. I recommended to stay in this Hotel again.

Stayed on 12 hours in this hotel for meeting. The room was good size and welcoming decor and very clean. Good size shower. Pajamas provided and the staff were very helpful for check in and answering questions about transfers. Good position for main station quite close by and shopping. Breakfast selection moderate size but nice. I wished I could have stayed longer.
