The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location couldn’t be better. Local transportation is available all the time. The concierge people were ready to help around the clock. The restaurant on the second floor was amazing.
I always use the gym, spa and pool to keep myself fit during long trips and business meetings. It is ideally located for all I want to do in Tokyo and the Oak Door among other excellent restaurants are closely available.
I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is very helpful and accommodating ! I asked to have all in feather removed from the room as I am allergic and it was done within the next 15 min. I coudld even choose a tempurpedic pillow. The rooms are clean, conveniently furnished, nice swimming pool. All good ! Did not try the food though, next time ! it was my Bday 2 days aftermy departure and they offered me chocolate when I check out, so nice and thoughtful !
This is a fist class hotel, well run and it shows. Attention to detail in evidence everywhere. Staff abundant, incredibly helpful and interested to ensure you have a good stay. Pool is excellent for lap swimming (need to reserve lanes) and gym is good. The steam room and other facilities are also very high quality. Rooms comfortable, large tubs and large showers. Excellent air conditioning much needed in August. 10th floor club lounge has its own concierge facility not to mention excellent varied breakfast and evening snacks, salads, appetizers and wine and cold beer. Major acknowledgment to the concierge team on the 10th floor and on the lobby level - could not have been more helpful during our stays recently.
As should be expected from a Grand Hyatt hotel. They couldn't accommodate us in terms of Halal food, and some of the staff though it was a kind of allergy. , Laundry prices were exuberant. We couldn't enjoy any of the hotel restaurants because as they have nothing halal, so we almost always had to search for outside alternatives
This hotel never disappoints me. I’ve stayed here many times. Before the pandemic I was using this hotel 4-6 times per year. But this was my first return to the hotel in 2.5 years. The hotel remained just as perfect as it has been, giving me another wonderful experience.
Don’t get me wrong, 3 stars is not because hotel is not good. It’s great. But as a Globalist, when the Executive Twin Suite is available I expected to be upgraded but I was told only the Executive King Suite is eligible for upgrade, because the twin one is classified as a non standard suite. It’s the same price and size, so clearly hotel just gaming the system. What’s the point of being a globalist and told we get upgrades when Hyatt games it like that. Otherwise hotel is great location and super well maintained.
great experience in all aspects of my stay in Tokyo, staff extremely well trained and focused to deliver the best experience to the guest, very good services and will become my preferred choice in Tokyo from now on!
The best hotel in Tokyo city - i will always stay here - work or personal. The staff is extremely courteous, the rooms are spacious (a huge plus in a city like tokyo), the locatoin is fantastic, and the food selection is limited but really good. During my last visit, i tested positive for COVID and had to quarantine for 10 days. the care and attention from the staff was so immense and touching! In every instance they went out of the way - whether it was finding a doctor for me, or helping speak with the local healthcare center or sorting out my travel and stay arrangements. Hatt Tokyo has me as a lifetime customer for sure
Good old Grand Hyatt, fantastic service. She's getting a bit worn around the edges but don't worry about it. The restaurants are great - particularly the dim sum at the Chinese. The location is great, very convenient. And, the pricing is really good for Tokyo - compared to anything else at this standard.
