Hotel Musse is a great place to stay and also within a good budget. The hotel is located not far from the main strip of Ginza where all the high end shopping is. Located inside the hotel on Ground Floor is 7/11 which is open 24/7 and great for getting snacks/food and other essentials, across the road is Lawson for other variety and not far from here is also another Family Mart, all operational 24/7. The hotel does not offer free parking, however there is a parking complex right next door which does better rates for those staying at the hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable! The rooms aren't that big but a good hack for bigger space is getting a twin room and putting your luggage on top of one of the beds if you are staying here alone or as a couple, black out curtains were amazing, slept in and didn't know what time it was! The restaurant in the lobby is great! I had the sukiyaki for dinner which was amazing! :) They also have a laundry room downstairs which costs about 500YEN for a cycle of wash and dry which is super cheap! Definitely would stay here again :)

The connected rooms for my family of four were perfect and, for Tokyo, very economical and appointed with all kinds of thoughtful and intuitive Japanese design features. The location in Ginza is perfect. My family and I stayed only one out of four nights because, due to the coronavirus pandemonium, Singapore (our next destination) suddenly mandated a 14-day quarantine for all visitors from Japan, with no possibility of exiting for 14 days after our arrival. As a result, we had to turn around and return to the airport to catch a flight to Singapore. The staff was concerned, kind, and very sympathetic. Even though our stay was nonrefundable, Ms. Maiko Otsu took it up with the manager of the hotel to have all three remaining nights refunded to us. She even communicated to Expedia to secure our refund (usually the customer would have to take it up with Expedia first). This kind of responsiveness and generosity is rare and I wasn't expecting it. I stay in many hotels and am accustomed to good service due to my status with Marriott and Hilton. Yet I have never had a hotel go above and beyond in this manner. It speaks to the decency of its staff, good customer care, ethical business practice, and shows its high rating on this and other websites is very well deserved. Thank you Ms. Otsu, the front desk staff and the management for your excellent care. We will most definitely return again in calmer times.

We booked 5 different rooms for the whole family & stayed for 4 nights; a Small Double (14 Sqm), a Standard Double (17 Sqm), a Comfort Twin, a Musse Double and a Musse Twin Room. Check-in is at 3 PM only, we were charged additional; around JPY 2000 per hour, for checking-in early. Same goes if you check-out later than 12 PM. Receptionists were not that friendly and some staffs just does not know how to smile / speak politely. Strategically located a bit away from main Ginza shopping district, 3-4 mins walk to the main Ginza Street. Above a 7-11, and surrounded by convenience stores; Lawson, Family Mart and Don Quijote. Good WIFI coverage all around the hotel ground. 5-10 mins walk to nearest train stations; Shimbashi JR Station and Ginza Subway Line. Room:All rooms were spotlessly clean, serviced, new pyjamas everyday. The Standard Double room size is good enough for 2 pax and to lay-open at least 2 big suitcases. Bathroom is separated; a WC room (complete with seat-warmer), and a Japanese Wet Room (complete with Hot Shower, Bath-tub and stool). There is a wash basin at TV and desk area. Really nice and convenient. Breakfast: Breakfast buffet each morning with same limited choice of food but still tasty. Friendly staffs at the restaurant. Overall, its a really nice small "business / transit" hotel, you'll enjoy it.

Good location in Ginza, walking distance to main shopping street and restuarants. We stayed in a standard twin room for 6 nights and there was sufficient space for two suitcases. The room was spotlessly clean and serviced every day, beds comfortable and toiletries, pyjamas, slippers all provided. Lawson & 7/11 both near by & convenient for snacks. Laundry in lobby. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Transferring from Narita airport we caught the Narita Express to Tokyo station then a taxi (¥850) direct to hotel. Friendly Airport Limousine bus would also be an option to Courtyard Marriot as this is only a 3min walk away. I would recommend this hotel.

Room : Double Room with Small Double Bed (14m), very tiny and hardly any space to open luggage. Standard Double Room (17m), small but there's still space to open 1 big luggage. The sink is located in the room area and not in the bathroom. Location : 3mins walk to Don Quijote, 5mins walk to nearest Blue Label Crestbridge at Ginza Timeless 8, 10mins walk to Shimbashi Stn. If you prefer luxury shopping, Ginza is a great place. Convenient mart (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11) is all around the hotel. Service : Check-in strictly @ 3PM, pay if you want to check-in early. Check-out strictly @ 10AM, pay if you exceed even by 10mins and they would only do reminder call at 10.30AM if you overslept.
