We chose this hotel for for the first 2 nights of a 2 week trip due to its proximity to the train station and other areas we planned to explore before heading to Kyoto. The room was spacious and well appointed, super quiet and well insulated from exterior sound (considering we were only 7 floors up and adjacent to the train tracks), very nice breakfast buffet included with our stay. Friendly staff. I have nothing but positive things to say.

Staffs are warm welcoming. Location is convenient
Too noise to sleep at all the times, only one restaurant for the luxury hotel it will be difficult cover variety dish and favor.
Only suggest for the short period quick business trip at that high room rate
Especially, concierge staff was poor with non-sense on the smart phone while 2-3 customers waiting in line.

On our third and fourth visits to this lovely hotel, my wife and I stayed 3 nights at the end of January and 2 more nights a week later in February. This hotel remains our favorite hotel in the world. From the moment we were met at our train car on the Narita Express to our escorted departures at Tokyo Station, we were greeted by name and treated warmly by the hotel's friendly and attentive staff.

We got off to a great start each morning at the hotel's breakfast buffet enjoying made to order poached eggs along with their selection of fruits, pastries, and other fine assorted delicacies. The hotel's reception and concierge assisted us anytime we had a question and helped us book tickets to the teamLab Tokyo Digital Art Museum. From hailing a taxi for us and providing directions to the driver through providing us with a description of how to take the monorail and train to return to the hotel, the entire team made our stay a pleasure.

If you're looking for warm, gracious, and personal service, quiet and elegantly appointed rooms with lovely L'Occitane amenities, and the magic of traditional hospitality and care in modern Japan, you will enjoy your stay here as much as we did.

Our experience staying here was positive before we even arrived thanks to inquiries over the phone and via email to confirm the hotel could accomodate our request for a room for a family of 4 with views of the trains at Tokyo Station.

We stayed in a Deluxe Premier room with 2 Queen beds plus a rollaway. The layout utilizes 700 square feet brilliantly and is perfect for our family. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the furnishings are high quality, and the bathroom is very well designed.

There is no one perfect neighborhood for sightseeing in Tokyo given how spread out it is, but the location of the Four Seasons at Marunouchi is hard to beat. A very short walk to Tokyo Station (which can be almost entirely underground in bad weather if needed) is fantastic for nearby food & shopping options, and makes catching trains and the subway very convenient.

The hotel has two restaurants (both French-inspired) and a bar that share essentially the same space. Breakfast at Maison Marunouchi is a delightful way to start the day. The very nice continental buffet can be supplemented with hot a la carte options. Given how small the hotel is (just 57 rooms) it's nice to have a quiet restaurant breakfast with just a few other guests there most mornings.

Service is uniformly warm and professional. Little things like complimentary cappuccinos early in the morning - then help hitting the buttons on the elevator while my hands are full - are appreciated. Housekeeping is outstanding. It seems like the room is refreshed every time we're away without being intrusive. They even cleaned my eyeglasses and left a branded polishing cloth as a souvenir.

Another thing I like about this hotel is how the photos on their website match the experience. I guess that sums it up: We got what we hoped for and more, and that's about as much as I can ask for in a hotel.

Excellent luxury boutique in perfect location right by Tokyo station. Very easy walk to Ginza and Imperial Palace.

This is the smaller of the two four seasons and i stayed where for a week in January. I can't fault it. The room (512) was a good size with large with large windows and good views. The bathroom is large with a separate shower cubicle and bath tub which I like as well as a separate toilet with door.

The hotel has a great little spa that smells divine and I had a lovely massage from Su followed by steam and onsen bath. The gym isn't huge but it's well equipped and has views across the station lines. The hotel has stairs right outside into the underground world of Tokyo station with its mass of shops and restaurants including Daimaru with its amazing food hall.

The breakfast, dinner and room service were all very good and as you'd expect, service is friendly, polite and efficient throughout. I will definitely stay here again, it felt like a home from home when working away from home for a week.

My wife and I stayed at the FS Marunouchi for 6 nights with our two children at the end of July 2023 in our first visit to Tokyo and the hotel was outstanding. We stayed in a deluxe premier room with two queen beds and the staff was also able to fit a single rollaway bed comfortably. The best part of the stay, however, was the service from everyone in the hotel, from the front office, concierge, the in-room dining and the restaurant at all hours. Lastly, the location of the hotel next to Tokyo station made all the difference given the restaurants there (as well as in Ginza) and access to JR trains and Shinkanzen. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Nothing disappointing about this hotel. Staff and service were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very convenient, near the Tokyo station and a 10-15 minute walking distance to Ginza. Very spacious rooms for Tokyo standards. Look forward to returning!

The reception staff seemed genuinely pleased to see us. They were exceptionally courteous. The room was immaculately clean. Whilst proximity to the rail station had the downside of some noise, it was more than made up by the convenience of getting to the station for onward travel. The reception staff even accompanied us to the station to make sure we found the rought platform.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. The location of the hotel, in close proximity to Tokyo Station, was incredibly convenient and made it easy for me to get around the city. However, what really made my stay exceptional was the staff and their unparalleled service.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and stress-free. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were quick to offer recommendations for things to see and do in the area.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi for making my stay an unforgettable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and looking for exceptional service and a fantastic location

This hotel location is just walks away from Tokyo Station, making it very convenient to explore Tokyo. I would recommend staying here to see the Sakura at Chiyoda because it's not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but hidden nearby in a more quiet area. The service was impeccable throughout our stay, and everyone also spoke English very well! The food service was very quick and the taste of everything was exquisite! The gym was clean and had all of the basic necessities. The mini bar had an array of Japanese drinks and snacks which was convenient. The bed was the most comfortable Western style bed we have stayed in throughout all of Japan. The room was clean, spacious, and accommodating and we can't wait to come back and stay again!

Yes. It's pretty good. But not as good as the buffet at the Four Seasons Kyoto. Once the Four Seasons finishes the new hotel in Tokyo, that would be the one to stay at. Although we LOVE the Aman Tokyo.
