Nice boutique hotel. But really isolated. Just company offices and warehouses. Which tourist would go? I went there to teach at a course, so it was ok. But when my duties were over, I immediately went back to Tokyo proper. Haneda airport was just across the river. So when the bridge across the river is ready in a year's time, things will be more convenient.

The hotel is nice and clean and cool decor. Industrial loft design situated right next to the river opposite the airport (which is visible but not audible so no disadvantage) However the location is far from everything (city or airport) so unless your busy I. That area or just traveling through it’s not the best place to stay for several days. If the location is convenient, like it was for me, it’s a great place to stay

Plenty of vacant tables and places to sit, however was told to wait. The female staff member told me there were other people waiting. They could have sat me down anyway. Considering this is part of Tokyu group, it’s pretty disorganized because of a couple of staff members. After my arrival, people were seated right away. So why did I have to wait 5 minutes? I speak Japanese as well. I was just left, standing. Food was OK, but not great. Nice concept place and very good for cyclists. Shame the service, really let me down on this visit. Hotel may be a good place to stay, for those here for a day. You can hire bikes, and go up and down the river. Even better, cycle into nearby Kawasaki and get some decent Japanese food. This restaurant would be a good place to chill though for Sunday afternoon drinks. So, I may be back for that. Let’s hope the service is better then.

This hotel is on the other side of the Tama River from Haneda Airport.. Before breakfast you can walk about a mile down a joggers path till you are opposite the former Skymark hangars. If landings are on 34L you will get good shots from here. After an excellent breakfast you can take a local bus down to Ukishimacho Park where you will see all the landings onto 34L There is a shuttle bus but you need to be careful to join it at Kawasaki Station as there are two very similar taxi ranks. However, the local bus is almost as good and reference to an onling mapping service should help you find the right number. Rooms are larger than many in Tokyo.

Stayed at the Kawasaki King Skyfront the night before a flight home from Tokyo Haneda airport. as 2 couples. The room we had was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a very good shower and very nice toiletries. However, we arrived just before 10pm to find the hotel bar and restaurant was closed - quite unbelievable for a hotel servicing the 24 hour airport trade. To compound things, the independent bar and restaurant attached to the hotel also took last orders at 10pm, although not closing until 11pm. Despite the fact we tried to order just before 10pm they refused to serve any food stating that they had already started to clean the kitchen! We needed to leave the hotel at 7.30 am and I went down to reception at 7am to order a taxi. As the taxi arrived I noticed other guests getting on to a shuttle bus. This had not been mentioned to us and when I asked the receptionist if this was available to anyone she said yes and there was no cost. This was the first we had been told of the shuttle bus. All in all a very good hotel that was unfortunately let down by poor customer service.
