Hotel's Favorite
The room that we stayed in was on the 25th floor and had a great view out over Osaka. I would definitely recommend paying a little extra for the view. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a quiet night’s sleep. The bathroom was excellent - some nice amenities. The hotel laid on several nice touches for us, absolutely 5* service throughout. Didn’t feel like anything was too much for the staff in this hotel. Lots of English speaking staff as well - great for international guests.

Winter before pandemic, I and my partner planned for Kansai trip. While we travel, St.Regis is always our choice. We spent a couple night there. The hotel is loacted in bustling area with shopping district in walking distance. I almost forgot the 'Delivering cupboard' which I saw it when I was young once I founded it here for pass the garments and footwear to Butlers. All the service is neat and elegant. We all trust that St.Regis never do wrong. Topnotch service standard.

First time in a 5 star hotel! I booked one night for a staycation to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. Due to coronavirus, there were safety protocols in place at the street level entrance before letting us up to the check-in floor (12th F). Once there, we were greeted pleasantly by the check-in staff. To the uninitiated, the 5 star experience was really impressive and I've never had such care. I had mentioned that we were due to go out to dinner. By the time we returned to the room, the night time amentities were in place as well as a lovely towel design on the bed with a birthday card. Calls made to the Butler were answered promptly and responded to courteously. The next morning, my son was delivered his birthday cake and was so pleased. The hotel is beautiful and we had a corner room with views of the city from the bath. Butler and Room Service were all really great with enthusiastic young staff. The only minor point was my room key did not work when I first tried to enter the room, but I was issued new keys and escorted back up promptly. I would stay here again and recommed to anyone looking for a friendly and luxurious stay. Thank you once again!! :)

First of all, I would like to say wow. This hotel is something else. Impeccable service, and the locstion could not be better. The bar might be the most stunning thing about this hotel. Fully whiskey menu with delicious appetizers. The breakfast can get repepitive after a few days but that does not take away from the fact that it is still a world class breakfast buffet. Tuesday nights are cheapest here and I urge any traveler considering this hotel to book it because it is the besr way to spoil yourself

The hotel location is good. There is a subway station next to it. At the end of Shinsaibashi, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the most lively place. The room is quite large, well maintained. The lighting in the room is too poor to adjust. The linen is very comfortable, and the toiletries are not high-grade. Breakfast is served in Japanese, Western and buffet styles and it’s surprisingly average. Do not recommend!

Amazing stay, attentive service and the location is great. The butler (Marc) goes above & beyond to make our stay memorable. Also, the concierge has given us a great recommendation for having traditional Japanese omakase. Everything is done to feel at home and we will definitely come back again.

The St Regis staff really impressed me. They make you feel welcomed. The room was wonderful. We had a very memorable Osaka trip because of the stay here. The concierge (forgot her name) went above and beyond in helping us make a rsvp to a very popular restaurant. Even Amex Platinum concierge couldn't help us get the rsvp. The butler service was excellent. The location was perfect. Thank you St Regis.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year;s. Very upscale hotel in the British tradition. Our room had great views and is in a great location for seeing Osaka. The bed was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and shower area. Nice walk in closet. Easy walk to The Hard Rock Cafe, the Shinbashi, and the Namba The breakfast area had an ample amount of food which was okay. At night the restaurant is much more romantic and there is a french restaurant in the hotel as well. The service was outstanding and the staff is very attentive. This is a high class hotel and the restaurants are great for a special night out, even if you did not stay at the hotel. Easy access to the Honmachi Station.Easy walking to restaurants and shops. and of course cabs are abundant to take you anywhere else. Nice that it is in The Marriott family of hotels. High end but high class as well.

I had a short trip at Osaka and went to stay at St. Regis as this hotel nearby Honmachi station and not far from Shinshibashi, Namba walking street. The room very comfortable and good view. Special Thank you Ms. Hitomi Tokushima and butler teams are very helpful from us as I was communicated via email about restaurant recommendations and special item for my pet, Ms. Hitomi very professional and help us to find the item from pet shop, that very great from me as I cannot read and talk in Japanese language. Totally we are very happy and will come back again.
