The check out process took me 35 minutes cos as there was discrepancies on the amount to be paid to the hotel. All three cashiers at the front desk have no experience to handle it.
Breakfast buffet had a great range of western and asian choices. The room had a good view of the city and the water, and was very comfortable and quiet. Elevators always came quickly -- no long waiting.

Generally yes. If you are facing south you will see Kobe Bay, the Mosaic park, the Tower, which is nice in the evening when the lights are on. If you are facing north, you will see Rokko mountain, the Old Settlement, and the town centre. There is no very close building to the hotel. I personally like Kobe Bay view.
