This is one of Nova Scotia's "unique inns" from the last 20 years now a bit faded.the rooms are comfortable and the deck offers great views of the bay.No breakfast but cafe nearby.Main thing in its favour is that it is a short walk from the iconic Shore Club and its great tlobster suppers.

We're staying not too far from Hubbards, Nova Scotia and decided to try the Dauphinee Inn restaurant called Tuna Blue. Firstly, the location is amazing! The deck overlooks the harbor filled with boats. The breakfast menu is limited. I had the regular breakfast of eggs and bacon. My partner had the fish cakes and beans. My meal was ordinary. My...

The Inn was in a great location for it's close proximity to the Shore Club. The room was small, but clean and nicely decorated.. The balcony was the best part of our experience at this Inn.. No air conditioning made it VERY uncomfortable, and the pillows were not to our liking at all..Very basic accomodations

Wonderful Inn. We lucked in to the top floor room with private balcony (and the only room with air conditioning). Wonderful view of the bay. We enjoyed a live band just below us on the docks ending with a spectacular fireworks display. They serve a standard bacon and eggs breakfast just like I'd make at home. Would definitely come back.

My husband and I decided to give this place a try as it was close to the Anchorage Inn, where we were staying for two nights. The location has a spectacular view, but the building is quite "gaudy" in colour and does not coincide with the "upscale" menu they are trying to market. With that said, the food is very...

When I arrived there was no one there. A note on the door gave me a phone number. Fortunately, I had a cell phone. A woman arrived to let me in and registered me. We then went upstairs where I saw the most wonderful view. But she then took me to the back of the house where she showed me...

The rooms and the inn are old fashioned with wooden headboards, antique dressers etc., not top of the line sleek modern design. The restaurant, bar and continental breakfast were not offered during my stay. There were no staff on duty at the inn after 7pm and still no one there when I left the next day at 9am. However I...

I stayed there in September, the location is stunning - gorgeous sunset and sunrise views, very quiet and you can rest. The host was very accommodating when we had car trouble even though we had checked out. The only issue I had was that the place was very dated and needs an uplift. Also, the room I stayed in was...

a bit on the old side, paint was peeling off ceiling, not for people with short legs when climbing into bed, food was average and way overpriced, small room with no table, coffee maker down stairs, would not recommend it,

As we checked out of the Dauphinee Inn we were wishing we had booked a longer stay .Situated on a small bay in Hubbards , our room , the 'Harnish Room' overlooked the water with boats resting at anchor . The room was very comfortable - especially the bed - and nicely furnished and , most important , very clean...
