We have recently returned from an eleven day stay at the Paxos Club Hotel. What an amazing hotel this is! Everything has been so well thought out. We had a ground floor garden view room which was spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast was served in part of the original old stone house. There was a lot of choice of both hot and cold food items to cover all tastes. The pool area was very pretty with a variety of sunbeds including a cabana. We had lunch several times and the food was of a high standard and on a par re price with other lunch spots in Gaios. The walk down into town is a pleasant 10-15 mins downhill. The walk back is uphill and fine apart from one section which is a little bit steep but doable. If you don’t fancy the walk back there is often a taxi waiting at the taxi rank and it costs €5 which we thought was money well spent. This is our third trip to Paxos and the first staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back! The best thing about the hotel by far is the fact that it is family run. You really get a family feel to the place with all members of the family working in the hotel, whether in reception, driving you to the port, working in the bar/restaurant. Everybody could not have been nicer and nothing was too much trouble. PS. If you like your cocktails Anna recommended having grapefruit soda in my aperol which is an absolute game changer and Peter makes the best negronis!! Thank you to the Paxos club family for making our holiday so special!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially the mini bus/shuttle driver who helped us get an alternative ferry when our ferry was cancelled due to storms. 10-15 min walk to harbour. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast. Good selection of drinks and the food in the bar area was good quality. The shop had some lovely things to buy. It is a short 6e taxi ride back up to the hotel as the road is not well lit but was easy to get taxis and the drivers are very pleasant

This was our third stay at the Paxos Club Resort, and each time we visit it just gets better. It seems to attract just couples of varying ages. It’s situated a 15 mins walk from the main town, which is all down hill. A €5 taxi will bring you back up the hill. If we were planning another trip to Paxos we’d definitely be staying here again.

Hotel with swimming pool in the hinterland of the island, not on the sea. The location is a bit inconvenient because it is one and a half km from the center And the road is uphill so it's summer so you can't do it easily you have to call a taxi every time or have a car. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are renovated. The breakfast is varied but the quality of the desserts is ni. The coffee and cappuccino are those from the machine so for us Italians they are not very extensive, as is the case for fruit juices, croissants and pain au chocolate which unfortunately are not very tasty. The donut, however, is good. there is also the possibility of choosing yogurt with different accompaniments or savory foods. The price in July and August is around 200 euros per night. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the rooms was not very thorough and did not reflect a 4-star hotel. They don't accept American express

We wanted to end our holiday on a high and so treated ourselves to a one night stay at the four star Paxos Club Resort & Spa.
Whilst we couldn't fault the poolside area and the size and comfort of our room, there were a few issues which spoiled our stay:
1. The WiFi did not work in our room and on querying it, we were informed that it wasn't compatible with certain devices due to a technical incident that occurred "some time ago". The only solution given was to restart our phones / tablets which didn't work.
2. There was a large area of untreated mould by the bathroom sink.
3. No information regarding the hotel's services e.g. breakfast hours, WiFi password, telephone number for reception etc was available in the room.
4. We were only informed on arrival that the spa was closed due to COVID-19. Whilst this is perfectly understandable, we weren't notified about this when we booked and thought that this would have been reflected in the price.
5. The hot options at breakfast were all cold and espresso machine coffee wasn't included in the price.
6. The level of customer service was poor, for example on checking out, we were abruptly told that we had entered our credit card pin incorrectly and that's why the transaction had failed, when in fact the member of staff hadn't accounted for the contactless payment limit.
This is not what we would expect from a 4 star hotel and left feeling quite disappointed.
We would definitely return to Paxos but not stay at this hotel again unless the above was addressed.

Just back from 6 nights here. The hotel is very attractive and well maintained and has a wonderful laid back vibe perfect for couples. Rooms were clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the variety of foods available for breakfast and eating near the pool. Staff were friendly and efficient. Others have mentioned the walk into Gaios which is enjoyable on the down journey but a bit more taxing homeward in the 30 plus degree evening heat we experienced that week , the location is part of the charm however and means it is less visited by day visitors to the pool in contrast to the other main hotel in the resort .would certainly return

The hospitality coupled with the pool and bar area makes this a perfect place to spend a summer holiday with the family.
There was always a great selection to choose from at breakfast, and seemingly nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who never seemed to stop working.
The size of the complex is ideal too - not to many people so you feel you have the throw your towel on a lounger first thing, but not too quiet that you feel like you’re staying out of season.
Easy to walk down into Gaios where there’s plenty of places to eat - Mediterraneo is superb and great for watching the boats while you eat.
Definitely recommend and may well go back again.
(Note - Actually stayed in July 2020, but the app wouldn’t let us go back that far).

I have been traveling the world and been to plenty of 4 star hotels and this is the most disappointing hotel I have spend my money on. They do not deserve a 4 start when this hotel is a 2 star hotel. Let me break down for you. On the pictures the hotel looks nice, in reality the breakfast is so uninspiring l, the Wi-Fi does not work even tho they say there is Wi-Fi in the rooms. The food is ridiculously disgusting and the staff is so rude. For some odd reason my husband and I got our rooms switched for some odd reason. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable perhaps it was bought in the 80s. The room is so dirty and the refrigerator lives its own life. The air conditioning is either way too hot or too cold, and no in between. This hotel is so overpriced and it’s not a 4 star let me tell you that.

Quite hotel with excellent staff, a good pool,, bar and gardens. Hotel arranges a pick up and drop off shuttle from port which is nice. Only had lunch here twice but was good. Food and drink a bit expensive. Hotels located about 10mins outside Gaios, which is fine going into town but a bit of a slog going back up hill in the heat of the day. If your in town drinking after 12-1 in the morning you’ll find it difficult to get a taxi so you’ll have to walk back. Wi-Fi wasn’t that great, also beds were hard and uncomfortable. Paxos is a fantastic island with a lovely port area with plenty of bars and restaurants. But on the whole we enjoyed our stay but for us was a bit to quite and lacking atmosphere

We stayed for 5 nights in Junior Pool Suite. It was a large room, but looked empty with the furniture in it. The bed wasn't comfy, so we asked for a mattress topper, which they gave us, but then the sheets didn't fit. The bathroom was tiny, with a poor shower over a tiny half-size bath. The toiletries weren't replaced and we had to ask for more. The saving grace was the balcony which was big and had a hanging basket chair on it.
I needed gluten-free meals and the breakfast choice was poor. They didn't cater for gluten-free in the restaurant unless you had a salad.
The pool area and grounds were very pretty. We were picked up and dropped off at the port, which was much appreciated, but for us, the stay at the hotel was disappointing.

I used booking com but I would just give them a call. They are a well organised and friendly hotel and I am sure will resolve it there and then for you. Thanks
There are more places to choose from in the Gaios area.
