The Stella-Meri studios / Apartments to Let is a family run tourism business, ralatively new. It began operating in 2010 under the license of the Greek National Tourism Organization. The Studios are located in Agios Ioannis, on the outskirts of New Skioni (1,800 m from the village), in the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki. It is 105 km away from Thessaloniki and about 75 minutes by car. Our facilities are 30 m away from the coastline. The main building is surrounded by 1800sqm lawn yard, full of flowers and is safe for children. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Our position at the far end of Kassandra gives the opportunity to all guests to reach by car, within 5-15 minutes driving several beaches with crystal clear waters, either free and quiet or organized beach bars. From the balconies of the studio, visitors can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Thermaikos Gulf, North Aegean Sea and the sunset. Very close, 120m from our studios, our customers will be able to visit a free beach with very clear water.
The place is just great. You get what you see on the pictures attached. Everything is exactly what you see on the pictures. The apartment was great, had all necessary features. The yard/garden is marvelous, green, spacious, well-kept, where children could play with some swings and two large barbecue places with tables and shade to eat lunch/dinner. The owners are great and friendly and always ready to help. Apartment was clean, with sea view, although on the ground floor, but the sunset was perfect on that side of the peninsula. There is parking inside the yard. The apartment has all facilities. Quiet place for vacation, for resting. Green place for calming. Good WiFi connection.

Everything is great, just as described. The owners are kind, welcoming, helpful and really professional. The small beach in front of Stella- Meri is fine but for children the beach next to it is more acceptable because of the sand and shallow waters. It' s not organized with umbrellas so the advice is to bring your own equipment. Court yard is really wide and beautiful. We are more than satisafied with the accommodation and time we' ve spent here. Center of Nea Skioni is not far away, full with beautiful restaurants, if you are not sure where to go for a certain type of meal you are free to ask the owners for advice and there' s no mistake 😊. I was under impression day after day because of the beautiful sea view from the balcony. Stella-Meri is really a beautiful place to stay and to come back again. Wish you all nice holidays. 🤗

We visited this place for the second time. No doubt, it is the best for us. We liked everything -the beach and the rooms, with a car you can choose a new beach every day, visit the SPA centre or simply read a book on the balcony. The place is situated close to the sea and the hosts are polite. The apartments however are rather small for a family of two adults and two kids. The balconies on the upper floors get you a better view (sideways) of the sea. The kitchen is small. While it has a small fridge and some utensils, it lacks an oven, toaster, kettle, frying pan (which are basic). In terms of location, it is 2 km from Nea Skioni, meaning that is basically the closest place you can get proper groceries. The beach is wild but beautiful. If you walk around 100 m to the left, there is a better passageway into the sea (less stones and sea urchins). Beach shows are a must.

We spent one week at Stella Meri. It is a very nice place to rest and to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze. We had one room apartment with sea view. There is direct access to a small beach, big garden and parking places, 2 barbecue facilities. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It is a place you want to come back soon. 😍🌞🌊⛱️🏝️⛵

A big ,clean and comfortable apartment with a big balcony. Fully equiped kitchen for 4 persons,it also has the posibility to make a barbeque outside. There are several beautiful beaches to it. Our host recommmended us some of them. We loved the shadow given by the big trees and the fact that it was quiet.

We spent ten days here with our 2 children because One of my favourite friend suggested this holiday apartment . Great choice, the apartments are very comfortable and all have a large terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. Owners are friendly people and you feel as home. You can have a small private beach close to apt. SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Izuzetno lep smeštaj, čisto, udobno,prijatno sa prelepom, ušuškanom plažicom (ponesite obuću za plažu, jer ima kamenja). Dvorište je prostrano, puno zelenila, drveća, deca su uživala na ljuljaškama. Veoma ljubazni i uslužni domaćini. L okacija odlična. Sve preporuke za prijatan i opušten odmor.

Spacious 1 room apartment with sea view, no surprises to the description or previous reviews. Very friendly and helpful owners, direct access to a small beach, big garden and parking places, 2 barbecue facilities. Few degrees lower temperatures than the other side of Kassandra due to a constant nice sea breeze. We have spent a wonderful holiday, full of positive memories.

Perfect place for family and people who need calm. Clear and good equiped apartmants, with wide yard. There is nice, almost private beach, with natural shadow in the morning hours. Owners is olways on service.
